CityVan レビュー

I've used Paul at CityVan 3 times now to move various pieces around East and South East London. This has ranging from a king size divan to an arcade machine down to boxes and mementos. Always punctual, helpful and careful with the move I can't recommend him enough.

Unorganised and didn’t show for the job. Tried to blame me. Then become very rude when questioned as to why he didn’t attend. Attempted Hire of 2 men and was told only had 1. I arranged help and had furniture waiting to be told “no” when I asked if it was still going ahead.

Has since contacted me, making various threats regarding this review.

Paul saved the day for our family today, after a disaster with an IKEA delivery nearly left us with nothing to sleep on.

Great service, great price, completely trustworthy and reliable. Highly recommended.

Brilliant experience with Paul and his team. From first enquiry to delivery of items, everything was seamless. Responsive, friendly, fast and careful. And all at a very reasonable price. Definitely recommend.

Hands down the best experience I have ever had moving in London or anywhere for that matter -- and I have moved a lot! They were nice, professional, helpful, and they got all of my stuff out of my house and into my new flat in record time ! So impressed ! Was able to book on the bank holiday as well - booked on Saturday, moved on the holiday Monday. Thank you Paul !

I have used Paul on three occasions now and I wouldn’t actually use anyone else now. The service is impeccable, Paul and his colleague are incredibly friendly and efficient and they are always reliable. I would highly recommend CityVan.

Recommend! Good quick communication and price was as quoted. Paul helped with a move of a sofa for me quite last minute!

Excellent service, couldn’t recommend more! Paul was super friendly and careful with my items, excellent communication. He was even very kind with my dog!

Although I didn’t end up booking with this company, I was very impressed with their prompt response and willingness to arrange next-day service (after a different company cancelled on us), especially so close to Christmas. The communication was quick and professional, and they clearly prioritise customer needs. Paul was very friendly. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t hesitate to consider them in the future or recommend them to others.

Paul stepped in for a very last minute removal for an artist at the V&A museum. He was so efficient, great communication and handled all items with care. Would definitely recommend for any removals!

On time. Efficient. Friendly. Good value. Will definitely use again.

Great service, reliable and communication is super efficient.

I have used cityVan several times for furniture removal, and it makes moving really easy. The items are taken care of and always on time.

I have cityVan saved on my phone as the go to!

The guys were on time, followed instructions, took care of the items being moved, didn't damage anything. I was pleased with the work done.

Paul was awesome! Replied immediately to my booking inquiry, and quoted a good price. He turned up early to the pick up spot and is super friendly. Will definitely be contacting Paul again for our next furniture move!

Paul was very quick to reply to my enquiry and accommodated for unplanned items. For your moving requirements I would highly recommend Paul and City Van

5 stars all the way. CityVan kept us updated on times of arrival, worked quickly and were a pleasure to work with. 100% we will use them again! Many thanks to Paul and his mate on the day.

Paul was able to collect and deliver a sofa for me with less than 24 hours notice at a very reasonable price, and was transparent and quick to communicate at every step. He and his colleague even handled collection of the sofa from the fourth floor with no lift without me being there as I could not make it. Overall a fantastic service and will certainly book again.

Used these people for my son’s move as I couldn’t be there to help They were totally brilliant from start to finish. Everything went like clockwork, and they have a real can do attitude, overcame every obstacle to get everything done like clockwork.

This was honestly one of the easiest, most stress free moving experience of my life. Paul was fantastic, he showed up 5 minutes early, everything was loaded with care. He even took some young plants of mine in the front seat so they'd get some AC! Communicated throughout the trip as I was meeting him there, and the unload was just as easy! He's lovely, reliable, and has absolutely earned every one of these 5 star reviews!

The five star reviews speak for themselves, and I’m going to add my own to the long list. Paul was quite simply fantastic. On time, efficient, friendly, professional, hardworking. He made something I wasn’t looking forward to an absolute pleasure. I will definitely be using him again and genuinely couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
