I was referred for cataract surgery on NHS and had the initial tests performed as such. After a lot of thought and advice I eventually chose to go down the private route. A special shout to Dan Willis for all his patience in answering my questions and the time taken to explain and simplify the process. He even got the consultant to call me to review my results and talk me through the options and expected outcome. It would have been 5* all the way bar the initial problem during the eye check up. Unfortunately there was insufficient adjustment on the equipment to meet the “challenge” of someone under 5ft! A chair with a seat that goes higher or even a cushion would have been all it took to make this a less stressful and more comfortable experience!

I was contacted within 2 hours of expressing an interest in going for private treatment. The gentleman who called me, Daniel Willis, was polite, friendly, and explained the process in detail, checking at each step that I was happy to continue. Better still, he did what he said he would, when he said he'd do it.

The service was excellent everything was fully explained to me the doctor who carried out the procedure was extremely helpful and it couldn’t have gone any better many thanks joan maddock

The receptionist was fantastic for getting me an appointment as soon as possible, as she understood my concerns, and Mr Rabie was really calm and professional. I would highly recommend using them.

Dan Willis was very healthy & efficiency

4 stars due to lack of staff, arrived as requested and the place was still locked up. A nurse from another site also couldn't get and had to ring manager to gain access. The receptionist was all on her own and running about trying to fix everything, and doing a very good job. The doctor was 20 mins late arriving on site, did his checks and started the procedure. It was good, painless and quick so 5 stars for the procedure.

Had cateract surgery at Clarity on both eyes. The whole end to end experience from reception to consultation to surgery to final follow up was first class. Amazing surgical team using the very latest technology and intraoccular lens options. I had extended mono focal toric lenses which have given me better than 20/20 distance but I can still see close up and only need reading glasses for the very smallest of print. For example, I can use my phone without readers. My night vision is also fully restored! So pleased, it’s like having my vision taken back to childhood levels, it’s so clear! 100% recommend Clarity and the amazing team there. Literally transformative!!

The whole process once I had made the decision to undergo surgery for cataracts was efficient, caring and professional. Because of a 5-6 months' wait on the NHS for YAG Laser treatment I contacted Clarity to enquire about going private, as my wife's sight had deteriorated rapidly. Kelly was most helpful and friendly with the initial enquiry and Dan made the appointment for next week in the same very helpful and friendly manner. Being able to have the treatment so soon will make a significant difference to my wife's day-to-day living. Both Kelly and Dan were extremely efficient and made the whole process seamless - thank you both so much.

The whole process was made very easy and uncomplicated mainly because of the help I had from Sarah Barber. Everything was fully explained and the process was handled in a very professional manner. Thank you to everyone involved.

I was made comfortable throughout the whole process. That was right from the reception and the nurses who examined me. The Doctor who carried out the procedure explained to me step by step as he went through the process. Dan Willis kept me well informed from the start of the appointment up to today.

I was treated with respect from the start with the first phone call then my first visit with the receptionist. Finally my first consultation with the Doctor. Unfortunately the treatment of Lasers was set back 13 weeks by the NHS so I decided to pay for the treatment which I achieved in two weeks. I am so grateful to all the staff involved and the treatment I received was tremendous in every way and highly recommended.

Sarah and Dan are excellent. They are friendly, polite, punctual and professional. They communicate clearly and ensure effective follow-up. They are great assets to the Clarity team!

It was very encouraging to realise that they had sought out a surgeon with multi experience of my MIGS, Toric and cataract requirements who came for the day to do each of the operations.
On both I felt that the process of checking and rechecking every stage was very professional.
