After many months of extensively researching different companies offering cataract surgery, I finally decided to choose Clarity. One of the main reasons for my decision was that they had two exceptional eye surgeons that I was particularly keen to use. After thoroughly reviewing their qualifications, experience, expertise, and outstanding patient feedback, and having had a less than favourable experience with another provider, I felt confident that Clarity was the right choice.
I chose Mr Tint to perform my toric cataract surgery on both eyes, and from the very beginning of my journey, I found Clarity to be exceptional. Every member of the team was patient, professional, and supportive throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer the many questions I had at every stage, from my initial consultation through to my final follow-up appointment.
Mr Tint is undoubtedly an exceptional eye surgeon. Thanks to the toric lens replacement surgery in both eyes using Micro- monovision I have achieved the best possible outcome for my vision. My eyesight has been restored, and I can now see better than ever. I only require glasses for prolonged close reading or extended phone use, which is an incredible result.
I am absolutely delighted with the outcome and cannot thank everyone at Clarity enough for their patience, professionalism, expertise, and reassurance throughout my journey. As an extremely anxious patient and somewhat of a perfectionist, I greatly appreciated the care and understanding shown to me every step of the way.

My optician referred me and I chose Clarity with his blessing. From first contact when Dr Tint ran through the procedure to the kind helpful staff all was well. I gather my degree of astigmatism was fairly bad, so having cataracts removed and new lenses has truly been transformational. Dr Tint was extremely good and patient with a “fidgeter”.

I was referred by Jack Brown Eyecare and was seen on 30/03/2026, only 2 weeks after the referral. The staff were very friendly and professional. Mr Andrew Tatham was very thorough and made sure I fully understood the condition for which I had ben referred. Overall a very positive pleasant experience. I look forward to my further check-up in twelve months.

On hindsight, I wonder if I could have had a new lens which was cataract free but with good near-sight rather than good far-sight. I now have to wear glasses around my neck as I am always needing to look at something closely.

I had cataract surgery about two years ago and recently developed PCO in both eyes. My optician discovered this and suggested I have laser surgery.
As I had the original surgery at Chec Watford I wanted to return there. I spoke to Dan Willis on the phone to discuss an appointment and Dan was so kind and helpful and assured me Clarity would certainly be able to help me.
I was booked in for laser surgery a few days later which was carried quickly and painlessly. It literally took minutes to complete, so simple yet within a couple of hours my eyes were clear and back to 'normal'.
Excellent service and I would definitely recommend Clarity.

I had an excellent experience with Clarity Healthcare Coventry throughout my cataract surgery, from the initial arrangements through to the procedure itself. The entire team was professional, caring, well organised and exceptionally supportive.

A special mention goes to Sarah Barber, Patient Coordinator, who was outstanding throughout the process. She was instrumental in securing my appointments promptly, keeping me fully informed at every stage, and ensuring that all the necessary arrangements were in place. Given the time constraints involved, her attention to detail and proactive communication were greatly appreciated. She also went above and beyond in arranging my transport to the clinic on the day of my surgery, which made the whole experience considerably easier.

I would also like to recognise Mr Khan, Consultant Ophthalmologist, who was excellent. He took the time to clearly explain the procedure and discuss the different lens options available, ensuring I fully understood the choices before proceeding. Despite the time pressure involved, he also ensured that my chosen lens was available in time for the surgery. The cataract procedure itself was carried out with great professionalism, precision and confidence, which gave me complete reassurance throughout.

Finally, I would like to commend all the staff at Clarity Healthcare Coventry. Everyone I encountered was friendly, professional and genuinely committed to providing a high standard of patient care.

Overall, I would have no hesitation in recommending Clarity Healthcare Coventry. The combination of excellent clinical care, efficient coordination and compassionate patient support made the entire experience extremely positive. My sincere thanks to Sarah, Mr Khan and the entire team for their professionalism and care.

First class service along the way. The first contact was with Dan Willis, such a very helpful and knowledgeable person. He listened very carefully to questions and organised everything very professionally with ease Thanks to him the appointment date was very soon. The consultant was excellent and the staff at the clinic were very professional and caring. A great company, one very happy patient. Thank you everyone.

I was referred for cataract surgery on NHS and had the initial tests performed as such. After a lot of thought and advice I eventually chose to go down the private route. A special shout to Dan Willis for all his patience in answering my questions and the time taken to explain and simplify the process. He even got the consultant to call me to review my results and talk me through the options and expected outcome. It would have been 5* all the way bar the initial problem during the eye check up. Unfortunately there was insufficient adjustment on the equipment to meet the “challenge” of someone under 5ft! A chair with a seat that goes higher or even a cushion would have been all it took to make this a less stressful and more comfortable experience!

I was contacted within 2 hours of expressing an interest in going for private treatment. The gentleman who called me, Daniel Willis, was polite, friendly, and explained the process in detail, checking at each step that I was happy to continue. Better still, he did what he said he would, when he said he'd do it.

Dan Willis was very healthy & efficiency

4 stars due to lack of staff, arrived as requested and the place was still locked up. A nurse from another site also couldn't get and had to ring manager to gain access. The receptionist was all on her own and running about trying to fix everything, and doing a very good job. The doctor was 20 mins late arriving on site, did his checks and started the procedure. It was good, painless and quick so 5 stars for the procedure.

Had cateract surgery at Clarity on both eyes. The whole end to end experience from reception to consultation to surgery to final follow up was first class. Amazing surgical team using the very latest technology and intraoccular lens options. I had extended mono focal toric lenses which have given me better than 20/20 distance but I can still see close up and only need reading glasses for the very smallest of print. For example, I can use my phone without readers. My night vision is also fully restored! So pleased, it’s like having my vision taken back to childhood levels, it’s so clear! 100% recommend Clarity and the amazing team there. Literally transformative!!

From the first time I decided to go with Clarity, Dan Willis made all my appointments and during my treatment if I had any queries I rang him and he got the answers for me from the Consultant Mr Alum. I appreciated his help

The whole process once I had made the decision to undergo surgery for cataracts was efficient, caring and professional. Because of a 5-6 months' wait on the NHS for YAG Laser treatment I contacted Clarity to enquire about going private, as my wife's sight had deteriorated rapidly. Kelly was most helpful and friendly with the initial enquiry and Dan made the appointment for next week in the same very helpful and friendly manner. Being able to have the treatment so soon will make a significant difference to my wife's day-to-day living. Both Kelly and Dan were extremely efficient and made the whole process seamless - thank you both so much.

The whole process was made very easy and uncomplicated mainly because of the help I had from Sarah Barber. Everything was fully explained and the process was handled in a very professional manner. Thank you to everyone involved.

I was made comfortable throughout the whole process. That was right from the reception and the nurses who examined me. The Doctor who carried out the procedure explained to me step by step as he went through the process. Dan Willis kept me well informed from the start of the appointment up to today.
