Firstly, no LINEN, or towels. A fee required to have these at the villa or take your own. A very steep hill if you want to go to the beach or Blanes centre. 10 beds, only 6 sunbeds, no mirrors in 2 of the bedrooms. No bathmat in bathroom, shower floods bathroom if not careful.

Do not book with them, seriously. They cancel a week before, offer no help, and are scammers.

Vorsicht vor den Nachbarn den Hang runter! Unterhalb der Villa wohnt eine verbitterte ältere Frau, die uns am ersten Abend um 21.30 Uhr beleidigend um Ruhe gebeten hat. Am zweiten Nachmittag! hat sie uns wegen moderat lauter Musik auf dem Balkon die Polizei auf den Hals gehetzt und am dritten Tag wurden wir freundlich mit einem Mittelfinger begrüßt.
Also wer sich das Haus mieten und Stress mit den Nachbarn haben will, ist hier genau richtig🙄

VILA GALIANA a TOSSA DE MAR les photos sont très bien prises la maison a besoin de beaucoup de travaux ...les canapés n ont même pas d assises c est des vulgaires matelas sur lequel on est assis.... cuisine pas de lave vaisselle de nos jours c est un manque ...la salle de bain du haut pu il fallait laissé la porte ouverte....la salle de bain du bas rien pour poser les serviettes, sur les photos il y avait un radiateur porte serviette ,bizarre il a disparu...un nous a installer a la va vite un support serviette a ventouse qui n a jamais tenu....le meuble du lavabo est pourris par l eau il en dégage une odeur de moisi dommage ,le pommeau de douche est a moitié bouché le jet d eau est donc faible ,la lumière du miroir ne fonctionne pas électricité a revoir c est un vulgaire fil qui sert de raccord ....la chambre du fond le lit fait du bruit dès que l on bouge et les drap sot des 1 personne pour un lit de 160 il a fallut s adapter le meuble blanc les portes sont complètement dérégler elle ne fermais pas sans les accompagner pou les refermer.....ou est le hamac a l extérieur comme sur la photo??d es draps pour 15 jour sans êtres changer et le ménage jamais fait alors que nous avons louer 15 jours c est abuser nous avons l habitude de louer 2 semaines et s est la première fois que cela arrive ....sont seul point positif la vue est fantastique ....en sachant tout cela si l ont me dit reloueriez vous cette maison ma réponse est certainement pas de plus elle est loin de tout pas de restaurant et juste un petite mercerie a 5 de voiture beaucoup de bruit la nuit c est un coin de fêtard il y a tellement de senteur diverses et variés pour couvrir les mauvaises odeurs que cela fini par être pire ça PUE A L INTERIEUR....voici l avis que je vais mettre pour cette maison D AUTRES PART LE DIJONCTEUR SAUTE TOUS LE TEMPS MAIS LE BOUTON RESTE EN HAUT ...TRES DANGEREUX

"I am deeply disappointed with our experience at the villa rented through Club Villamar. The villa was in an unacceptable condition – everything was dirty and dusty, giving the impression that the place hadn't been maintained for the entire season. The pool was filthy, and we even had an allergic reaction due to the poor water quality. The company's pool service team visited almost every day, but they couldn't resolve the issue. Instead, they kept adding more and more chemicals to the pool, which only made us even more reluctant to swim in that water. The only proper solution would have been to completely replace the water in the pool, but they refused to do so. To make matters worse, they did not respond to our complaint and ignored our request for a partial refund of the deposit. This was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience."

The worst company and the worst service don’t book

Wir waren äußerst unzufrieden und enttäuscht von den Bedingungen in der Villa Piloto von 15.07 bis 26.07.24, meine Bewertung schreibe ich jetzt weil ich mit dem Kundendienst von Villamar ein Monat um eine Entschädigung am Schreiben bin, unsere Urlaub dort hat uns insgesamt knapp 5000€, als Entschädigung habe ich 200€ bekommen was ein Frechheit ist meine Meinung nach deswegen würde dies abgelehnt.
Ich schreibe, um offiziell eine Beschwerde über unseren Aufenthalt in der Villa Piloto einzureichen. Bei unserer Ankunft stießen wir auf zahlreiche Probleme, die unsere Erfahrung erheblich beeinträchtigten.

Erstens hatte die Villa einen allgegenwärtigen Geruch von Kot, der äußerst unangenehm war. Die Toilettenbürste im Badezimmer war in einem inakzeptablen, kontaminierten Zustand. Die Küche war ebenso unbefriedigend: Die Arbeitsplatten waren fettig und schmutzig, und der Geschirrspüler war voller Essensreste. Das Sofa im Wohnzimmer war befleckt und mit Krümeln bedeckt.

Darüber hinaus war der Pool schmutzig, und trotz mehrerer Beschwerden wurde das Problem nicht gelöst. Unsere Bedenken wurden anfangs abgewiesen, und wir wurden abgebürstet, was unprofessionell und inakzeptabel ist.( dasWasser im Pool ist erst in den letzten Tagen teilweise Klar geworden nach mehrere Besuche von Pool man eine externe Firma ).

Bad and dangerous

Une catastrophe des escrocs une arnaque à tout niveau!!
Nous avons loué une villa du 3 au 17 août à notre arrivée celle ci était inhabitable vétuste abandonnée un cauchemar!
L’agent local sur place nous a laissé en plan en nous disant « je ne peux rien faire pour vous » une honte comment laisser des familles comme ça avec enfants
Nous allons entamer une procédure sachant que le 10 ma villa était à nouveau louée nous avons toutes les preuves et photos ainsi qu’enregistrement à l’appui
Alors un conseil fuyez!!!!!!

We had a very nice holiday booking thru Club Villamar.
Getting the keys and delivering them again was easy and fast. The house we rented was a expected.

La información en la publicidad de los alojamientos y en la reserva no se ajusta a la realidad. Ofrecen alojamiento de lujo pero te encuentras con una casa que se cae a pedazos, a precio de lujo. Al precio ofertado se le añaden durante el proceso de reserva, suplementos obligatorios, entre ellos el servicio de limpieza, que no especifican que se realiza una vez han finalizado tu estancia. Esta empresa debería ser transparente en su oferta. La relación calidad precio es muy deficiente. No recomiendo esta empresa

We are now staying at Villa Ashley Costa Brava with 9 persons (3 kids). This villa is dangerous and very dirty!
It's a big mess! It's unbelievable that they rent out this villa. Villamar doesn't respond on emails or calls.

La casa charlote increíble nos gustó muchísimo. Volveremos a repetir ,este es la segunda vez que alquilamos con ustedes

This was the second time we have booked a villa with Club Villamar from Spain. On both occasions everything has been very smooth. Both the pickup and drop-off of the keys were hassle-free and the people we talked to were polite and friendly.

During our stay we communicated a couple of times with Club Villamar via e-mail. For example, the villa we stayed at had an electrical fault in one room (circuit breaker had broken down). We sent a mail to the office about it and an electrician came the next day to fix it. Swift service and very effortless from our side.

On both of our trips the villas we have stayed at have been clean and in good overall condition. Of course, there's a wide variety of villas to pick from, but if you pick one that looks like it has been furnished for actual living and not just for renting, you will probably get a really nice place to stay. This time we stayed at Villa Bellevue in Javea and it was splendid.

We will definitely book with Club Villamar again, because when something works why should you change it?

We booked a villa on the Costa Dorada with Club Villamar.
Booking online was very easy and we were kept up to date with our booking by email. Booking confirmation was sent by email with instructions on key collection sent the day before arrival.
We were not due to arrive at the agency office until late at night. Unfortunately our flight was delayed further and we arrived at the office at 11pm. We had already been informed that a late check-in incurs a fee, however the office was closed when we arrived. They had sent me an email which I hadn't received. Personally I would have preferred a phonecall, however I do appreciate that is a personal preference.
We did manage to get our keys but if you are arriving late, I found that experience very stressful.
During our stay, Club Villamar communicated with us regularly, by email, to ensure everything was okay.
When we have stayed at other villas, there has always been a small welcome pack, including water, milk etc. Also, an information folder in the villa, containing WiFi code, emergency contact numbers for ambulance, doctor etc, as well as some local information. These were not present at this villa and again, in my opinion, I think they are very helpful and welcoming additions.
The villa was clean and in good condition. The location of the villa was perfect, on a quiet residential street and only 5 minutes walk to the beaches and the marina.
The pool was cleaned regularly during our stay. It is a shallow pool making it ideal for young children. You are slightly overlooked by people or cars passing by, but only for a few seconds and this did not bother us.
The air conditioning was good and effective. It is centrally controlled but quiet which was good for night time.
Overall, we were very happy with our holiday and will use Club Villamar again in the future.

La estadía estuvo increíble porque la casa era un sueño! Cocina muy equipada y súper práctica. Éramos 10 amigos y todos pudimos cocinar juntos!
Tiene espacios para todo tipo de momento. El ingreso y egreso de la estadía fue fácil. Lo único que fue malo , es que la habitación de abajo tenía un sonido de una alarma constantemente y no podíamos dormir tranquilos , sacando esto todo espectacular !

Todo muy bien perfectos

Casa muy amplia y luminosa. Limpieza y equipamiento 10. Está situada en una zona muy bonita y tranquila con unas vistas al mar preciosas. Jardín y piscina muy cuidados, para disfrutar al máximo.
Servicio Club Villamar perfecto.

Nos gustó la piscina, la reserva todo correcto y la comunicación muy rápido, lo que no nos gustó es que habían muchas moscas

La casa preciosa, todo en perfectas condiciones y muy limpio. Piscina y jardín, todo muy cuidado.
La persona que nos atendió muy atenta y pendiente de que no nos faltara nada. Nos ha encantado.
