Wir hatten eine Baustelle vor unserer Villa und keiner hatte uns Bescheid gegeben, dass es eventuell lauter werden könnte. Es war wirklich Horror von morgens acht bis mittags drei

Great villa with a spectacular view. Space was really nice, good equipment and fresh. Pool was great when we didn't go to the beach and there was a bar for cooling down in the shades enjoying a good drink.

It was a great stay. The facilities were super clean! Communication with the person in charge was 5/5, she was quite attentive to us.
Bad points:
The remote control did not work well, we had to try many times to open and close the door. but I think they have already fixed it.

The entrance to the parking lot was very difficult to enter due to the bad unevenness, in fact the cars rubbed against the ground underneath.

I booked a villa in Spain with Cub Villamar, following a cancellation from a different company who had messed me about for weeks. I was wary by then, but Club Villamar were friendly, professional and easy to deal with. I paid for my villa and was immediately sent through all the paper work. Once at the villa (which was lovely), Margarita from Club Villamar was super helpful and friendly, assisting me in anything i needed. Thank you, I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Just bad if you want to be scammed book here! The picture looks wayyyy better online than when you are there. We paid 1.000 deposit, still waiting for it to be returned. Staff very aggressive, they get loud and try to touch you.

It is now the 2nd time we use Club Villamar to book a holiday home in Spain.
Our experience with Club Villamar has been absolutely perfect.
The office has provided us with good service and great hospitality.
We can only recommend renting a house through Club Villamar.

Club Villamar were great to deal with. We had a great stay at a villa with super amenities. It was clean, in a great location and had an amazing pool with great views. Club Villamar had great communication and were helpful when we knew we were going to be late.

The company was trustworthy, check-in and check-out was very easy. House was clean, and was up to the expectations. The whole rental was great, and i would recommend it.

La casa un espectáculo. Me encantó todo. Las camas súper cómodas. La cocina tiene de todo. He tenido un problema y los de la agencia me han solucionado al momento. La verdad es que muy contenta y muy agradecida. Volveré las próximas vacaciones.

We had a great experience with Club Villamar. Communication was excellent, the property was as described and actually exceeded expectations. We had a representative on hand during our stay who was always available when needed and very friendly too. Highly recommended this company 👍🏻

The house was very good except that it lacked air conditioning. Apart from that we have been trying to contact them for 3 weeks and they do not answer our calls or emails and after paying €1000 deposit they still have not returned them to us

Desde un inicio la información fue muy clara y muy rapidos en contestar.
Una vez en la casa, estuvimos encantados.
Las fotos cumplían perfectamente con las expectativas y todo estaba limpio y funcionaba perfectamente.
Esperamos poder repetir el.año que viene.

Club Villamar es una agencia seria que gestiona alojamientos de calidad. Ya es nuestra segunda experiencia y estamos muy contentos del trato recibido y del nivel de los alojamientos en los que hemos estado. Nos ha encantado Villa Barton por su ubicación, amplitud y detalles de decoración. Seguiremos repitiendo.

Wir haben in Juli 23 über clubvillamar.com das Haus La Hiedra in Tordera, Region Costa Maresme für zwei Wochen gebucht. Kontakt nur per Email möglich. Per WhatsApp erst 1 Tag vor Anreise. Wir waren leider blind und haben die Warnzeichen nicht gehört !!! Leider!!!
Nach 18 Stunden fahrt, sind wir am Haus angekommen, das in einem schrecklich Zustand war. Links vom Haus ein verlassene vermülltes Haus, überall laute Hunde. Keine Spur vom jemand von Club Villmar. Check-in sollte zwischen 15-21 Uhr sein, aber als wir ankamen, war nur ein komisches Reinigungsteam noch am Reinigen.
Das sogenannte Reinigungsteam bestand aus vier normal gekleidet Personen, keine Fachleute, diese haben mit verdreckten Reinigungsmittel versucht oberflächlich zu reinigen, ohne Erfolg. Wir durften erst um 20:30 Uhr in das Haus. Das Haus dreckige, überall Ameisen, die Duschen funktionieren nicht richtig, der Kühlschrank kühlt nicht richtig, das Schwimmbecken ist nicht sauber. Staub, Spinnennetze, gefährlich Treppen zum Pool. Die Küche komplett verschmutzt und überall Ameisen. Für Klimaanlage gabe es nur eine Fernbedienung, obwohl es zwei Klimaanlage in zwei verschiedene Räumen gab.
Der TV in einem Zimmer funktioniert nicht. Überall Dreck, Haar in der Dusche, Staub, verschmutze Kissen und vieles mehr. Kein Service, niemand vom clubvillamar.com war vor Ort.
Unsere Ansprechpartnerin sollte Marga vom Homeservice Santa, Susanna Team sein. Diese Marga ist nur an ersten Tag ans Telefon gegangen, persönlich habe wir Sie aber nie gesehen.
Wir gehen davon aus, das es diese Marga vor Ort gar nicht gibt. Erstmal hat Sie uns nicht geglaubt, erst als ich ihr Fotos geschickt haben. Normalerweise sollte der Verwalter Club Villmar das Haus kennen, tut er aber nicht er rechnet nur ab. Wir wollte eine anderes Haus, alles ohne Erfolg. Weg konnten wir auch nicht. Marga wollte uns dann eine Handwerker und ein Reinigungsteam schicken, aber wann genau wollte Sie uns nicht mitteilen. Nach dem wir lange gewartet haben, habe wir dann selber Reinigungsmittel gekauft und gereinigt und Marga informiert das wir nur noch den Handwerk brauchen, aber eine Entschädigung wollten, für den Stress. Ohne Erfolg. Spontan standen dann drei Frauen vor der Tür, ich sah sofort das es kein Reinigungspersonal war, sondern einfach drei normal gekleidet Frauen mit verdreckten Reinigungsmitteln, diese Reinigung wollte wir nicht, da wir zwischenzeitlich selbst gereinigt haben. Dann haben wir Marga weitere Mängel gemeldet u.a das beide Duschen nicht richtig funktionieren, wieder wurde spontan ein dubiöser Handwerker geschickt. Zum Glück waren wir im Haus. Der Handwerker kam ohne Info und hat dann eine Dusche repariert, die andere nicht. Er selber war erschüttert über das Haus, wir habe dazu einen Video Beweis. Bis aus Marga ist niemand bei Club Villmar angestellt. Keine Entschädigung, nichts und das bei zwei Familien, mit zwei Babys, einfach nur schlimm. Nach einem Stromausfall, ist für zwei Tage das Warmwasser und die Poolpumpe ausgefallen. Marga hat uns nicht ein für zwei Tage hingehalten, erst dann hat sie einen Handwerker geschickt, der konnte zwar das Problem lösen, aber wieder zwei Tage Stress. Der Poolboy ist insgesamt zwei mal in zwei Wochen gekommen, hat morgen um 9:00 mit einem Laubgebläse den Boden lautstark gereinigt und das Wasser naja mehr Chlor oberflächlich gereinigt. Die Krönung war das Marga uns keine Entschuldigung oder Entschädigung Angebot hat, am letzten Tag kam die Info. Wollt ihr einen Tag länger bleiben.!!!! Was ! Wir haben für diesen Horrorurlaub 4600 Euro bezahlt, mussten uns mit dubiösen Reinigung -und Handwerksteam umschlagen, es war einfach schrecklich. Ich sage euch als Mieter und auch als Vermieter Hände weg von clubvillamar, diese sind nicht geeignet Verwalter. Nie wieder.

Lovely Villa, keep all blinds etc closed during the day as the sun is shining all day. It gets hot as there's no AC. Pool is lovely and clean and regularly attended by the pool man. Views are amazing. It is set on a steep hill to walk up, we walked down into the town but we got a taxi back 8 euros approx, there is a bus but never figured that service out. Lots of places to eat and have a drink after until late. Only 15 min walk for Botanic Gardens and Castle. Very clean and we had a lovely holiday.

Simple straight forward dealings and arrangements with all aspects of our holiday. However, had no issues to deal with at any stage.

E'la prima volta che ci rivolgiamo a Villamar per la nostra vacanza.
La prenotazione on line è stata semplice, il check in e check out molto veloce e il personale cortese.
Villa Ventura è in una zona molto tranquilla ma soprattutto molto vicina a spiagge e calette che si raggiungono facilmente in poco tempo.
Gli interni ben organizzati ed offrono un buon comfort. Per un comfort ancora maggiore sarebbe utile l'aria condizionata nelle camere al piano superiore e tendaggi esterni .
Abbiamo molto apprezzato anche la privacy della sistemazione.
Non ultimo la comodità del posto auto.

Voilà des années que nous passons par Villamar pour louer notre villa en été. Globalement nous avons trouvé satisfaction même si les propriétaires pourraient faire un effort dans la qualité du mobilier et des équipements pour que ce soit parfait. Mais cet été nous avons loué la villa Frisina proche de Tossa de Mar. Et franchement « 0 » respect. Pour pouvoir se garer dans la villa il faut payer 10€ par véhicule comme si le prix de la villa ne suffisait pas et là le gardien vous retourne le compliment en nous faisant passer pour des imbéciles qui ne savent pas lire une annonce et en nous maintenant sourire aux lèvres que c’était indiqué.
La villa borde la route qui relie Tossa à Lloret donc très passant.
Ça aurait pu être un détail mais ce fameux gardien qui vous reçoit sourire aux lèvres ne vous donne aucune information sur la villa et file à peine vous tournez le dos. Et là nous découvrons dès le 1er soir que l’espace barbecue n’est pas éclairé et le lavabo attenant non alimenté. Et ça c’est écrit nulle part. L’arnaque quoi! Essayez de faire un barbecue le midi sous la caña vous verrez c’est bien plus agréable le soir mais pas possible dans la villa Frisina.
Et enfin une belle piscine si vous êtes motivés à passer le balais 3x par jour autour de la piscine et jouer avec l’épuisette à longueur de journée. Nous avons alerté le Club Villamar durant notre séjour et ils n’ont rien fait à part nous dire d’appeler le gardien qui est resté aux abonnés absents.
Donc je conseille vivement aux propriétaires d’investir un minimum dans cette villa en perdition sans quoi je vous déconseille fortement de louer la villa Frisina et de réfléchir à 2 fois avant de passer par le Club Villamar qui n’a eu aucun geste pour s’excuser de nos désagréments!
