I have written to the company twice and filled in my survey but have still not had the courtesy of a reply to my comments about Villa Issei, Blanes. I paid the best part of £4,000 for a week to celebrate my husbands birthday with our family and was really disappointed with the villa. I’m not sure where to begin! We paid for towels and linen and received one fairly insubstantial bath towel each and one hand towel per bathroom - and no bathmats. We did get this sorted but there wasn’t even a waste bin in 2 of the bathrooms. There was no welcome helpful information. - ie nearest bus stop, supermarket, how to work the washing machine etc. The villa is advertised for 8 people (we were 7) but there weren’t enough matching bowls or mugs for us all and we moved furniture around to ensure we could all dine together. There was nothing in the kitchen except a jar of salt - not even some water in the fridge ( particularly as the temperature was about 38%) Was I wrong to expect some basics? Pepper/ oil/ kitchen roll/dishwasher tablet/ washing machine tablet? Fancy leaving a brand new coffee machine but no coffee pods. And as for the barbecue area, which I defy anyone to want to use - the utensils left were disgusting and of course, there wasn’t even any charcoal left if we had dared to use it. The bedrooms had fans which were dusty and after asking for more we were provided with one other for the living room. Some of the photos advertising the villa are inaccurate as the laundry area had one washing machine and a small, well used, freezer whilst our downstairs bedroom was like a prison cell and did not have a vanity unit or chair as advertised and I was disappointed to have no wardrobe, whilst the other bedrooms had lots of storage. Luckily there was a very nice pool although only 5 sun loungers. I wouldn’t recommend.

Unas vacaciones para recordar, unas vistas espectaculares, casa muy bien equipada cerca de la playa y ocio. Todo muy amplio no pasemos calor ningún dia.

9554We had the best week in villa ballerina. From the minute we arrived the caretaker was on hand. He was very friendly and anything we contacted him he was quick to respond. The villa was clean and everything was there that was needed. Plenty dish wear and cutlery. The house is perfectly laid out for children the bedrooms are downstairs which makes it so safe. The back area is all enclosed also. The pool is a perfect size we had hours swimming and splashing around. The area is quiet but not too quiet where you feel you need to be super quiet. There is plenty seating areas around the pool with a bbq and sink. The living area has a large sofa to relax in the evening. There is a washing machine for your convenience also. The area it's self is a good drive away from main area of tossa de mar. A car is definitely required as no ubers cover the area. There is taxi service that comes from tossa de mar but you pay extra. Car hire is not expensive we used a company in Lloret de Mar. We had a very pleasant and relaxing stay which we would love to go back again in the future

Boek niet bij Club Villamar,
De villa Las Palmeras is niet hygienisch en gevaarlijk.
We hebben bedwantse/larven geconstateerd. Het stinkt in de gehele woning en de deur van een slaapkamer gaat niet open van binnenuit .
De riolering ruik je sterk en de waterdruk in de keuken is nagenoeg weg en geen warm water voor de afwas.
Klap op de vuurpijl, als de magnetron wordt aan geraakt ( en je loopt op blote voeten (door geleiding) ), dan krijg je een elektrische schok!
De local agent ( tussenpersoon) is langs geweest om deels op te lossen, maar sommige problemen zijn niet op te lossen dmv vervanging. ( ontbreken van goede hygiene en elektra ).
Doe je een melding , telefonisch en per mail... dan wordt je weggezet als verwaande klant ( serieus?! hygiene en elektra als hoofdzaak)
Oja, nog een klap op de vuurpijl, manipuleren van de site..... ineens is de woning niet geschikt voor gezinnen maar voor jongeren staat omschreven
( de reservering is gemaakt in Maart en dat we als gezin zullen komen, daarin vermeld je alvorens alle personen die gebruik maken van de villa).
Mail contact gehad hierover omdat we explicit gevraagd hadden of deze accomodatie geschikt zou zijn om te boeken voor ons.
Er stond namelijk destijds dat accomodatie voor FAMILIES en GROEPEN JONGEREN.... na onze klacht staat er geschikt voor jongeren en niet voor gezinnen.
Kortom , kommer en kwel terwijl je onbezorgd op vakantie wilt gaan, waar iedereen keihard voor werkt het hele jaar door en er naar uitkijkt!

He de decir que me defraudó la casa Maruchi ( Blanes ) en las fotos parecía perfecta, nos cobran un importe por la limpieza, y ésta carecía de ella, telarañas por los rincones , sillas y bajos de la chimenea,los azulejos de la cocina con manchas de grasa,no tiene aire acondicionado, aunque sí ventiladores llenos de polvo y en mal estado, no pudimos disfrutar del porche por la noche,ya que no hay luz para cenar fuera , a falta de un día y medio coincidí con un Sr. que se presentó 3-4 días sin avisar y puso unas bombillas, le comenté q la piscina tampoco tenía luz , me dijo donde encenderla el acceso al cuadro estaba complicado había q desatornillarlo y t comen los mosquitos....
La televisión del salón, imposible sincronizar, el reciclaje de la basura pasa x días,con lo cuál siempre acumulas. La cocina, el fuego grande no funcionaba ..
Se aparca fuera de la casa por que el garaje está inhabilitado , las camas crujen en cada movimiento por qué los colchones son pésimos ..
Tampoco pudimos disfrutar la barbacoa porque donde está situada tiene mucho peligro entre árboles y plantas, lo más fácil para q se queme algo.
Volvería a Blanes , pero no a esta casa

La villa décrite sur le site n est plus d actualité. Tout est vieux. La vaisselle est ébréchée La table ressemble à celle d une aire d autoroute. Très sale.
Les salles de bain ne sont pas fonctionnelles. La machine à laver ne fonctionne pas. Les transats sont très sales.
Et quand on remonte les infos on nous dit qu il faut qu on s estime heureux pour le prix si peu cher !6000euros pas cher! Tout est une question de point de vue ! Le respect il est où ????

Club Villamar's customer service is super fast and attentive by email, highly professional, and everything is very well managed. The house is also fantastic for disconnecting, especially the pool area.

I learned about ClubVillamar indirectly on Casamundo while I was looking for fully equipped apartments at Costa Brava. This led to a slight misunderstanding during booking: I was expecting to continue the booking with Casamundo, but I received emails from Clubvillamar, which I initially treated as spam... Nevertheless, once I recognized it, the contact with clubvillamar was great. Getting the key to the apartment late at night after arrival was not a problem at all. The apartment was fully equipped to meet my family's needs (as described in the offer). It has an internal garage with a dedicated space for a car. The apartment was located directly at the seaside w,hich was absolutely great. Getting special police permission to enter the restricted traffic area wasn't a problem at all with help off local clubvillamar office. The only surprice after booking the apartament on casamundo was the fact that one has to pay extra for bedlinens and towels... Normally I go for holidays by car and have all with me, this time we came by airplane with reduced luggage, therefore we need to pay extra for the towels and linens. This is how it is, now I know it, and I accept it : ). The price for the apartment was reasonable. The only comment I have is that the walls in the apartment need to be painted fresh. An air conditioner would be of advantage, but we knew there was none. All in all, a great experience. There is a great number of apartments in clubvillamar offer - I truly consider renting a whole house at Costa Brava and coming with a bigger family for holidays.

Casa amb moltes facilitats, gran, perfecta per grups. Poca cosa que pot faltar. En té de tot : 2 neveras, taules, cadires, olles,mantas,etc

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a villa managed by Club Villamar, and I have to say, the experience was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a seamless and enjoyable villa holiday.

Otro año más con Club Villamar. Este año ha sido la villa Blossom. Espectacular. Todo como indica la web, incluso mejorado. Equipamiento al 100%. Vacaciones en familia en una villa envidiable.

He quedado fascinada, nada más llegar fue todo espectacular, el trato de las personas, el chalé es divino, muy familiar, limpieza 100%, muy hogareña, y seguro volvamos a repetir el año que viene.

Great key collection with gift included. The apartment La Palma in Sant Antoni de Calonge was clean, renovated and fully equipped located in a quiet and family environment. We will be back!

We stayed at Villa Julia in Lloret de Mar - Costa Brava with Club Villamar and had a fantastic experience. The check-in process was very smooth and easy, the villa was spotless on arrival, and we loved the beautiful views and the private pool – exactly what we were hoping for.

The only small downside was some noisy neighbours, but that’s of course beyond the company’s control. One small suggestion for improvement would be to provide basic cleaning products (for dishes, floors, bathrooms, etc.) so guests can leave the house as they found it, without having to buy full bottles for just a couple of uses.

Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely book with Club Villamar again.

Villa Artigas is set among lush, green mountains as far as the eye can see. The villa is spacious with a lovely big pool and great outdoor space. Inside, there are plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The facilities are good. The owner was very helpful when we had some questions too and he introduced us to his donkey and chickens! Some areas could do with a bit of TLC but nothing that spoilt our stay.

The booking process was easy and we (2 families with kids) could enjoy the stay in villa Itaca in Vidreres, close to Lloret de Mar. House and swimming pool very clean, brand new appliances perfectly working and the hospitality of the guests was very appreciated.

We rented the villa La Gamba in Sant Feliu de Guixols for ten nights. The villa was great. It had air conditioning in every bedroom, clean and large pool (10 meters) and even a room with a fair bit of gym equipment! The villa is a beautiful, high quality mansion, and the surroundings are quiet. All communications with Club Villamar in advance and also the key pick up was very effective and professional. The responded promptly by email when we had questions.
