Great company

I have used their products in the past and they have always been high quality. I had an issue with not receiving my order and they immediately sent another without problem, and added a few freebies.

Shipping was super fast and product fine too. Blue prostetic lens was out of stock which is the one i wanted but otherwise all good.

So disappointed

So disappointed. I’ve waited nearly 20 days for my contacts and it was delayed at first and now I’ve been waiting all day and I got an email saying it is out for delivery today and now it’s 6 o’clock at night and nothing is here. I tried to use the support to message someone and it was an automated response. Truly so disappointing it takes more than 15 days to arrive.
