This guy in the shop is brilliant knows his stuff and do helpful , sorted a few issues out with my wife’s phone , he’s also unbeatable at rock paper scissors lol

Really friendly staff who were able to fix my speaker with a quick turnaround and a competitive price.

I don’t normally give a five star ratings but in this case i will, after being messed about endlessly by another local shop with my phone i gave these a try,wow the parts were in when they said it was ready when they said and they rung when they said! Five stars!

Console clinic in Em Park is a fantastic local business. We have used their services on many occasions and always get 5 star treatment. The whole team are young and motivated as well as being extremely talented in their work. As customers we are treated with respect everytime, their work ethic is faultless. Highly recommend these guys

Very helpful technician Carl and very polite helpful shop assistant Alana...quoted me higher price just in case but was lower price instead, honest as I'd never have known, in time scale and fixed problem...thanks would recommend

The process of dropping off my two Xbox controllers was seamless and Emily provided excellent explanations regarding the repair process and what to expect next. However, the overall rating would have been higher if not for an 11-day delay in the repairs, attributed to a soldering issue at your Elm Park branch.

Regrettably, I was not kept informed of these delays, despite expecting a call within the specified repair timeframe, I had to initiate contact multiple times to obtain updates. It was only after these inquiries that I was advised that both controllers were going to be sent to your Wickford branch. This lack of communication fell short of my expectations.

Following a detailed conversation with Kieran expressing my dissatisfaction, he ensured regular updates on the progress of the repairs once the controllers were transferred to Wickford and he mentioned that he would speak to his manager about it. I was notified when the repairs were completed to satisfaction and promptly collected the controllers from the Elm Park branch on April 25th.

Overall, while the repair service met expectations in terms of technical proficiency, the experience was marred by communication issues. Improving communication channels and providing timely updates to customers would greatly enhance the service quality.

Console clinic went above and beyond to fix my PC. The power supply was causing issues but thanks to there technical expertise my PC is now better than ever. Thank again 👍🏻

My daughter's phone screen was fixed in a couple of hours. Prices were fair.

Used console clinic several times now for iPad and mobile repairs.
Always brilliant, fast and friendly service and decent prices.
Wouldn’t go anywhere else.
If something can be fixed, they’ll fix it.

Replaced an iPhone screen and battery within a couple of hours at a very competitive price.
Staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly.
Have used them before, so knew what to expect and they did not disappoint.

On the 4th March 2024 i took my PSP console into Tadworth parade rm12 5as shop to have a new screen replaced as the old one had issues and was quite blurry when playing a game. On the 8th March i went back into the shop as this was the completion date on the receipt. I was told they just got the screen in and its not ready to collect. A phonecall would of been nice with an update with this situation. They had my mobile number. Would of saved me petrol trip to the shop as I live in Harold hill. If they told me its not ready over the phone I would of been fine with that. I would of waited a few more days. I was told in the shop by one of the employers to come back Saturday 9th March. I went back a second time, to be told its still not ready. Phone me if its still not ready, at least i know and saved me another trip to the store. Now its the 13th March. No phone call that's its ready to come and pick up. I Finally got the PSP back. i wanted to test it inside the shop that it was all good. Was told no battery left to start it. Being a console repair shop, they couldn't charge it up, they must have a charger for these kinds of repairs Terrible. I Charged it up at home and was relived it was working ok. OVERALL not a happy experience. Poor customer service. No update over the phone. A lazy apology that it took longer than the completion date On the receipt. You get 2 stars from me.

And again - a screen repair done in less than expected time, they also found a swollen battery and had it all sorted and back to us within 24 hours. Lovely team in the Wickford shop

They do what Apple won’t
My iPad Pro stoped charging so I took it to the Genius Bar at Apple but they would only offer a replacement for more than £400.00. The Console Clinic took £10 to look at the problem and fixed it for £240.00. As it had my work, passwords etc, I was very happy. Took less than a week.

Once again a perfect, speedy repair by Kyle and his company. A phone screen replaced within an hour and friendly customer service. I always recommend Console Clinic to everybody

These guys perform miracles, when other cannot. My laptop stopped working, so as instructed by ASUS, under warranty, I sent it to them for repair. I got it back where they had wiped all my precious data off the hard drive. Luckily I had a external hard drive backup system image to use. However I could not get it to read. Microsoft after 3 hours told me the file is corrupt, other local computer repairers told me it cannot be restored. Then the miracle happened. I took it to the Console Clinic who restored all my data perfectly. Absolutely priceless as you can imagine the horror of losing all your data. So do not waste your time with other fixers. Use the professionals at Wickford Consul Clinic. I cannot thank them enough.

I phoned up and asked about over heating on my x box series x and the staff were spot on with there advice. I chose to have it cleaned and what a difference. Great service and was done the same day. Thanks gang and would recommend them.

Local company run by enthusiastic knowable people. They are extremely helpful and go above and beyond to help the customers. These guys know the meaning of true customer service and that counts for a lot these days. Always friendly and polite treating customers with respect, they also get the job done. So lucky to have such a wonderful resource locally
