Not a single train on time, no maintenance. Horrible

Ninguém respeita ninguém ! Os comboios não andam ! Estes gajos andam nos a mamar o dinheiro todo!

Fiquei perplexa com atitude desta empresa expulsar uma pessoa porque um gatinho assustado miava muito então o que fariam se um bebé berrasse toda viagem exp com colicas,birra do sono etc. Que susto está se a ver que vocês são capazes de tudo,tanta falta de humanidade, vocea são um 🤮🤮👿👿

Went from Lisbon to Sintra. What should've been a 20 minute train was turned into a two hour fiasco! I had booked my tickets online, only to find out I couldn't use them physically as there was no download QR code. One member of staff screamed at me after I had told him my Portuguese wasn't too great in Portuguese and he didn't help. The train system is extremely confusing and the trains have no announcements and the website is difficult to navigate. It took me two hours to get sorted until I finally arrived in Sintra at 3:00 PM. Buses are just as bad, bought a bus transfer to the station and the driver refused entry and didn't explain why. Never again!

I had scheduled a trip from Aveiro to Algarve. I got to the station at 7AM an there was no train. Already pissed off, (last time this happened I was stuck on Porto), I asked for a refund and they payed the trip to Lisbon back. Next the lady said to me that the next train was at 1PM, I didn't even considered the option because I needed to be in Lisbon before lunch.
I had scheduled this for a long time and could not cancel my meetings.
So I took a bus that arrived at Lisbon at 12:40AM.
So I went on with my meetings and then I thought well let me check if I will have my train to Algarve I went to their website and there it said (no information available), in order to avoid the same thing to happen again I bought yet another bus ticket that left Lisbon at the exact same time the train did.
This train was not refunded nor the unnecessary uber drives to the station.
Awful experience, terrible company, they are at strike for 7 months now. JUST GO BANKRUPT ALREADY

Simplesmente patético.
Fazem greves onde as únicas pessoas afetadas são as da classe operária, curiosamente a única por necessidade paga no mínimo 500€ por ano em transportes e os ordenados dessa gente que faz greve.

Parecemos um país do terceiro mundo ! Greves e mais greves.

99% dos trabalhadores são mal educados, muito poucos os que são educados. Se não têm vontade de trabalhar fiquem em casa ou vaiam trabalhar para as obras que deve de ser melhor para vocês.

Mais de 1 hora de atraso entre Lisboa e Braga num comboio Alfa Pendular que devia ser o comboio mais rápido em Portugal. O comboio saíu de Lisboa ás 18h09 e tinha hora prevista de chegada ás 21h37. Contudo apenas chegou ás 22:40. Este serviço é no mínimo vergonhoso. Os clientes pagam mais por este transporte e são desrepeitados desta forma. Não se admite esta falta de pontualidade. Vou pedir 25% do preço do bilhete de volta.

on the21rst june i had booked on the 08.23 train lisbon via Abrantes to Badajoz(border to spain)then madrid..i was told this train was cancelled but i should take the 11.39 train lisbon change in entroncamento to badajoz in time for the 17.36 to madrid.
i took this train but at entroncamento i was told the train to the border(badajoz)was cancelled (strike)also mabe the next day..there was no bus possibility the only way was by taxi which for the 220kms cost me 200euros..it was my only way out..
CP(Portuguese rail) make it almost impossible to contact them.there is a tel number. which no one answers and then only in portuguese..all this was def.not my fault cos.the lady should have noted the strike..and no one speaking english makes life difficult.By making this complaint i want to tell future travellers that Portugal is a difficult place travelling by train.Really Difficult.
I have lost 200euros for a mistake made by the railway company and they are kind of looking the other way.

Em Coimbra-b a empregada de limpeza foi super arrugante comigo (26.06.2023 às 17h27) está a impedir que as pessoas entrem na sala de espera...enquanto a sala já está seca... entretanto está a bloquear a entreda a falar sobre a vida airada com amigas que encontrou...a cp ultimamente tem andado a perder muita qualidade... atendimento ao cliente pouco adaptativo, fazem greves do nada, atrasos...calculo que seja os virus e germes do estado pq desde que a cp pertence ao mesmo tem andado uma vergonha...

Anos e anos seguidos de greves, coitado de quem depende do comboio para ir trabalhar vossa empresa é uma vergonha

A CP não soube (consegui?) acompanhar a evolução dos tempos. Parou, estagnou.
Tanto faz transportar um passageiro como 100, os funcionários ganham o mesmo. Fazem greves e anunciam serviços mínimos que raramente cumprem.
O direito à greve é um direito. Mas, quando esse direito interfere da forma que interfere, onde se traça o limite?

Quem está mal muda-se, ninguém os obriga a estar na CP, rua ...eles e os sindicatos que só querem boas vidas e incentivar as greves e confusões.

Eu também vou reivindicar o tempo que perdem a fumar cigarros no horário de trabalho, muitas vezes por essas e por outras razões chegam atrasados aos destinos e me prejudicam.

Uma enxada nas mãos e terras duras e secas para cavar no Alentejo é o que esse pessoal precisa para dar valor ao que tem e ainda reclamam...

As greves só são feitas porque permitem, em outros tempos mais antigos era logo rua, mas hoje têm os papás sindicatos que defendem os meninos coitadinho.

Paid for ticket online, they payment went through but didn't get the tickets. Useless.

Não é possivel ter garantida a viagem. Fiquei já várias vezes sem comboio devido as greves intermináveis.

Slow trains, unprofessional, rude staff. Will take your money for a ticket then not provide a train...it literally just didn't show up, no notice given. They act likes it's your fault then...make you wait hours for the next train. Apalling customer service, even by European standards.
