Don’t Use, They say you’ve been pre approved money waiting, to then get declined when you find a car, poor company also don’t respond to anything when trying to do joint application always in a ‘meeting’ Load of Crap

Outstanding! I originally went to car finance 247 and they messed me about for 10 days!! On the off chance I tried credit plus and was approved and deal done within 3 days. Carly was great at getting it all sorted for me, professional and friendly. Seb from the payout side has been awesome. Friendly guy and making everything smooth! I highly recommend these guys! Thanks for everything. Really have made my year ⭐️

I had an excellent experience with Credit Plus. Although, I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle Caspar who was in charge of my application was very professional and obviously very good at his job helped me with all my questions and went out his way to source some vehicles that would be suitable for my budget.

Amazing experience!!! Dealt with jack and Charlie and they really couldn’t do enough which I am so grateful for with this being my first experience with them! Can’t thank them enough one very happy women with a new car 🥰😁

Don't bother, they told me id been fully approved and I sent them all my private and personal information, bank statements included then they told me i haven't been approved but i might be for something that costs almost £400 a month instead of the £200 a month I was looking to spend. Makes no sense and when I asked them why I was told I was approved they didn't respond to that question.

Absolute fantastic job done by Daniel and the team, constant in touch and helping me decide for a car, can’t recommend enough praise, Daniel was helpful and patient whilst I decided on a car, highly recommended credit plus😄😄😄

They are all well and good when it’s going good and no complications but as soon as it looks like they are not getting anything from you regards a sale or there costs covered you are dropped and ignored, I’m still down on contract as owing £15k on a car they supplied but because I wanted to have a think about it they happily allowed the dealer to sell it on dispite me owning the car by having finance on it all signed and payment dates in writing, 3 weeks I’m still down as paying for this car after asking them to sort and they haven’t AVOID!!!!

The process itself is very good, however, don’t expect to be blown away by their customer service, some of the staff were very helpful, but do yourself a favour and avoid dealing with the “team leader” Jack - if his personable skills were as inflated as his ego, I’m sure he could have been good at his job. In terms of their associated insurance providers, they’re pretty top heavy, but a useful extra to have. Aside of certain members of staff, the company model is very good and I would use them again

So I applied for finance last week. It was a joint application as my mum wanted to get the car for me! I explained she didn’t have a licence only I did. I was then advised that is absolutely fine as it’s a joint application.
I spoke with a man called Adam. I was then told the finance had been accepted and I was even told of the amount which would be a vehicle up to the value of £21,000! Working in the sales and customer service industry I know a thing or two so I asked has it been fully accepted or provisionally accepted! To then be told… fully accepted. I will have the car in under a week! Obviously delighted I started looking at cars. This was 5 days ago!!!
I called 6 times in one day to be told he would call back! He never did!
Patience wearing thin I phoned and shock horror after all those attempts, Adam was there to speak! He explained that unfortunately the finance had not been accepted and there’s nothing else they can do.
Massively misleading and a complete waste of time!

Can't upload pics here but they kept calling constantly. I had 5 calls in half a day. They don't just call your mobile they will also call your mobile and text you constantly. It's basically harassment.. Go elsewhere.

Applied for finance Caspar was the guy I was dealing with, originally approved finance for a motorbike but then my car decided to die so had to transfer to looking for a car, that wasn’t too much trouble as Caspar asked what I was looking for he searched for cars sent me cars through via text, searched the companies and a few he advised me that they wouldn’t be able to deal with the dealers as they wasn’t offering warranty etc, I can honestly say he done a great job nothing was too much trouble for him, all in all it’s taken less than a week to sort out thank you so much Caspar, now I’ve got a newer car that I have been looking for low mileage good age, so I’m happy

Terrible service, you have to keep chasing them, calls not returned. Not impressed.

Filled in the application it came back approved great time to pick a car, choose a vehicle which was cheap and within my budget. Next I was told to wait for a call to arrange so I waited, and waited and waited then nothing. I then decided to message them back to find out what was going on meanwhile I received too texts messages from Matthew saying congratulations you have been approved for car finance we will call to discuss, lol no call there’s a surprise. Guess what happened next …… nothing lol so I messaged them and got a response unfortunately we can not help you this time with car finance, erm why approve me then and send messages saying I’m approved, absolutely avoid this company they Lie what a joke it’s disgusting how they treat people if I could give no stars I would.

All I can say is a massive thank you to Tom Shrewsbury for what has been a very fast and efficient experience
And I look forward to picking up my new car next week
A little bit more care could be made in keeping the customer informed along the way but that’s a small thing to change in what is a difficult job

Even though they are quick to get finance approvals and get everything sorted out quickly this isn’t about their lending side. I had a problem with a dealer where he gave me a faulty vehicle.For 5 months he gave me the run around telling me he was going to send the part. He even gave credit plus the run around for a month. A simple part which was supposed to be sent but hasn’t arrived yet. I did get a part from eBay but it was the wrong part. I told credit plus and the dealer but they could not get this resolved from the dealer. I have been back and forth with them on the phone for a simple part but they could not resolve this matter for me. I e been ripped off by the dodgy dealer and nobody can help me from credit plus or even the lender. This is the reason I’m giving a one star review

Huge thanks to Najem on securing me my new car.

After having my car wrote off on Thursday morning - I was approved through CreditPlus the same afternoon, and am picking up my new vehicle tomorrow morning!

Najem was super fast to get in touch whenever I needed him to - even contact through text message is possible if you have any queries.

The whole process was easy - from signing documents via the portal - to arranging a time to pick my new car up.

Thanks again Najem! Can’t thank you enough!

Don't bother get excepted and because they couldn't sort out the the signing properly they now won't except me I'm absolutely disgusted wen it's them that has messed up

This company is amazing got me a car and it was so easy and catered for my budget Carly and Rob was incredible I've not bought a car this easy in my life

If I could have given no stars it would have been much more reflective. Carly was useless, she gave myself wrong financial information and failed to advise me of the additional admin fee on top of the finance. She shirked out of telling you information and blamed the finance company I went through! It took over three weeks to get resolved. She needs some work on her customer service skills.
