I used GO CAR CREDIT company to help us buy a car. Najem ( company agent ) helped us to secure the car with professionalism. From beginning to the end.

After 2 months, we had some issue with car. Called Najem and without any hesitation, he stepped up and worked beyond any expectation to be the mediator between the car dealer and with myself. He is kind, efficient, friendly and someone you can rely on in times of need. His work attitude is highly regarded. He is a treasure to the company for sure.
She made me feel very much supported in the time I badly needed help in liaising w/ the car dealer.

Big up Najem 100 times! Made the experience so smooth and so easy to communicate with. Would 100% recommend.

Guys, if you’re gonna use this company, ask for Najem!

Amazing experience thanks to Najem, as he provided holistic customer service, answering all of my queries from agreement to collection of the car from the dealership. While doing so he was also able to direct me towards other useful services necessary for ease of mind while dealing with finance. Would definitely recommend this service to friends and family.

Excellent service received by Najem Nouri. I got a call within the hour to discuss finance options from Najem who is a very knowledgeable, friendly and professional finance consultant. He tried his best to find the most suitable car for me by going back and forth with multiple dealers. He sent me a variety of vehicles to choose from until we found the perfect one for me. I have a deposit put down on a vehicle and finance agreed all in a days work thanks to Najem. Could not have asked for better service.

Andy Hawkins was absolutely brilliant with in 2 days of getting a text about getting a new car I have got one being delivered Friday from finding the car to sorting everything out Andy has been brilliant I've used credit plus twice before and they have never let me down

I applied for finance to help me buy a new car, following several texts stating that secured funds have been found, I called in to speak to Najem, at the time I couldn’t carry on with the call due to having to go back to work, he arranged to call me the following day at 17.30, no call came, the day after I got a further text to say a loan had been secured. I called back, went through more questions, at this point I was told the minimum I could borrow was £4000, he said he would go back to the lenders and get back to me. 2.5hours later, I again called back to be told he was on the phone but unfortunately Creditplus could not help this time. After thinking about things, I called again within ten minutes to be told he had left for the day. Explained I wasn’t happy about being given false information regarding the text messages, also the minimum amount on the website was £3000 which I had applied for, to be told, oh, the website needs updating. You are giving people false hope and wasting their time as I have spent the last few days looking for cars within my budget, only to be told you can’t help me. Do your checks prior to building up people hopes. Very poor customer services. Would not recommend at all.

Experience was good and Najem and David were both very friendly and Najem especially was very responsive in progressing the application. Only feedback is that changing consultants did cause delays and the need to resend documents and repeat conversations. Also, it did involve a lot of phone calls during work hours which was a little disruptive. Overall, really good experience.

Great customer services, and staff are very welcome and professional, Najem answer all my questions and he always replied to my call and email. I'm highly recommended them.

This is a specific mention to Bartosz Niedzwiedzki for being extra patient with me. He was reliable and efficient! Even though I didn’t get the car in the end he was always ready to make time for a call or talking to a dealer for me.

After almost 1 month, I finally received my car. This was down to a so called Business manager at a certain showroom, who lacked time management (and the rest).

David Dankwa-Smith was just an angel, constantly checking in on me, as my stress levels were through the roof. Extremely efficient, empathetic and professional. It was a pleasure to work with David. He explained everything to me in layman terms and often had to repeat himself due to my tired brain constantly asking questions. To top it off he saved me around £80 each month, in comparison to what I was being quoted by the showroom. And, I got a wee cashback just in time for Christmas. Such an honest and reliable experience. I could not be more thankful. It if was not for David, I would not have my gorgeous Audi at a brilliant price. A big thank you! David you’re a star ⭐️, could not recommend him more.

Najem Nouri was my consultant when buying my car and he was absolutely excellent, polite and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. I will recommend him to everyone!

My agent was Ross Aspland. What can I say…. He’s a top man and helped me out big time nothing was a hassle to him sorted out everything for me and pushed to get what I needed. I would definitely use again and it will be Ross that I will be dealing with. Once again Ross if you see this thanks so much again
