Firstly, I want to express my sincere apologies for the inconvenience you've experienced, and I appreciate you bringing this matter to our attention.
Your account has been cancelled today and a refund of $34.95 has been made.
Your feedback is valuable, and I assure you that we take it seriously.

Please share with me more information about how you subscribed to our website, how and when you requested cancellation (inclusive phone number used and email address used) so I can get more details and discuss internally your situation and see exactly how the total amount mentioned by you has been charged. As already I mentioned I was able to refund the last amount that was charged.
