I would like the last two months of charges refunded! On September 7th, the credit verify team responded on here that they were cancelling my account and refunding me, yet I’ve been charged $70 since!! I now have to cancel my CC! This is ridiculous! When I call the number provided, it hangs up on me! SCAM!!

Hi well it's me again..had a stroke..but finally able to respond to ..CREDIT VERIFY..letter telling you all that....they sent me the refund😅😅..they owed me 700$..my "generous" refund was for 4 months..HA!
LESS THAN 100$ ..When they finally answered my call..the response went like this..
"Since we've given you..
*A refund..(not *The refund), your account has been closed..SO...NO THEY DID NOT GIVE ME " THE" MONEY THEY OWE ME..
96$ NOT 700$ as they would like YOU all to believe...IF YOU SEE THAT NAME.CREDIT VERIFY .ANYWHERE ON LINE.
DO NOT click on them..they are a SCAM.. every review for CREDIT VERIFY on Trust Pilot is a Testament to these cruel people and their nasty scam..**If your bored you can read more disgusted folks on " SITE STABBER"
"REDDITT" ECT. Basically this so called company really doesn't exist..it provides no service..they have no office..no physical building.. I did read recently that their new digs are in Squamish B.C. Canada..WHAT?? Never heard of it?? WELL, that's the whole point...isn't it...The good people of this beautiful little town far up in the mountains of British Columbia Canada..It has a very large FIRST NATIONS population..their family's have been living there for generations..they are proud of their heritage and don't deserve to have their town being advertised as the place a SCAM such as this Credit Verity does their business!! AND..THEIR TOWN'S NAME IS NOW AFFILIATED with these unscrupulous people..online all over the world....

Squamish Residents probably don't even know because credit verify doesn't actually have an official building..
Things must have got pretty heated up for them to move their pretend office in California to a tiny little town in Canada...they may find that Canadians don't put up with this kind of nonsense..And the folks in Squamish will not have the name of their lovely town being dragged thru credit verify's garbage!!

This is the worstcompany to deal with verify unprofessional and taking money out of hard working people for credit reports they can not provide.. hope you guys get caught for stealing from people you trash bags

Fraudulent company. They get your banking information from a third-party lender. They attempted to take $18.99 seven times from my account which created numerous nonsufficient fund fees. They will not credit me back. They owe me $402 and99. I am going to the Canadian ombudsman. They will be made to pay me back legally that way. Stay away from these guys. If you see anything on your account put a stop payment on it immediately. A scam company that has not been in business very long. Might also go under River Pack limited.

Scammers. Big time. Iam calling them everyday since 2 weeks. And in total from 5 months to cancel my subscription. They say on call they have cancelled and deduct $34.95 from my account every month. I can't afford this. Please if someone can help, we can do something against them.

I called to cancel my subscription a day after I signed up and added my debit card in error. Got an email that my subscription has been canceled. But why do I login and still see my card details there? I am not comfortable with that. I want my account and all my details deleted from the system.

Not even a 1 star. I have been having $34.95 coming out of my account for several months now. I don’t know what it is, who it is, but I know I didn’t sign up for it. I’m on disability there for I’m on a fixed income… I can’t afford to be throwing away $35 a month. No one has helped nor cancelled/refunded me after several attempts at making contact. This is actually literally affecting my life.

What a joke!!! You give me 2 days to reply to a silly email requesting more info as to why I’m having an issue with you guys withdrawing money from my account that is an absurdly inflated amount of what it was initially quoted as being a one time thing. I don’t know what more and how much more details you guys need explained, or given to you to understand the situation.
I signed up for your service and was told it was a one time fee of $2.99 and since then I have been charged $34.95 every month which is absurd. I don’t need the service I’ve cancelled the service. I called and requested cancelling the service whereas I have been told it would be done and it has not been. I am on a fixed income being on long-term disability. I don’t know how much more information you guys need from me to understand.

What the hell!!… 7 days free trial and at first they took $9.95 and the $1 then $50.5!… Omg!.. I’m just an international student!… I can’t believe this!… a few minutes after signing up I go a call from Unknownn number and asked who it was and he hanged up!!… see your information ain’t save with this scammers!!… I’m no more interested!… refund all of my money else!!!

I signed up for a free trial, cancelled before the 7 days were up and have continued to get charged almost $40 every month! this has been going on for months i tried contacting them threw the site and nobody ever returns my messages, i do not recommend this site to anyone!
I still have no idea how to stop this theft from happening, they took money again today!
I do not have time to waste waiting on the phone only to be hung up on! If you want to make this right you will do so by email ! Do not expect a person to call and waste more time when your company is in the wrong! Search my name you will find all kinds of transactions and my email since I can’t post it on hereH

I have proof that $34.95 has come out of my bank account 8 times since April 14.”, 2023! In April and may you actually took out two payments of $34.95 each month!
What do you plan to do about this? I haven’t gotten another reply? Are you going to refund me all the charges since may then? If so I will waste my time calling but I want assurance

Yes I called the number back and the lady that I spoke to said that no payments came out of my account since it was cancelled in may, she would not listen to me when I’m telling her I had proof that 8 payments have come out, she basically called me a liar , so I guess I’ll wait for another call cause I got nowhere calling back , also she said her supervisor wasn’t available to talk to

She is helpful and didn't insist her offer but actually listen to what I needed thats why I gave a call.

Scam, these clowns trick you into signing up for a free subscription then they steal money from your credit card account. And then they make it impossible to cancel their bogus account. Scam Artists!!!

I contacted their so-called support number and I got an incoherent blabbermouth who didn't listen to me at all, instead she blabbered some ridiculous nonsense at a mile a minute. I tried to interrupt her babble but she didn't listen at all and just continued blabbering her nonsense. I asked to speak with a supervisor which she refused to do, and she finally agreed to cancel my bogus subscription.

Creditverify has been bilking my credit card without authorization as they seem to do all day long every single day. Just a bunch of scam artists!

My call was answered promptly and the customer service representative was polite and efficient. She offered me options and completed the transaction quickly and to my satisfaction.

I signed up for credit verify account on May but can't log into the website. Then I get charged for 3 months and the total amount is 145.65. They keep charging me 34.95 and 9.95 every month without giving me any notice. I didn't recognized the bill payment until 3 months after. I called the customer service to cancel the payment and requested for a refund and they refused! It's totally a scam!!!!!!!!!!!!! you get billed automatically if you don't call them!

His company has fine print and sneaky auto subscriptions. Due to my persistence, I did end up getting a refund for an unexpected charge. However, I believe in transparently and up front service pricing. Particularly where some folks are vulnerable to these kinds of approaches to selling services. I appreciate the refund. That was a good move. However, "warning" know what you are getting into! It is very obscured.

Hi Evryone ,Please bewarev of this company.They simply take money from our card without providing any notifications.We will think they are collecting information to provide credit score.This is a scam company. They charged me 1.9 cad and later I see more than 49 cad deducted from my account without informing me via email or anything. They didn’t show any cost during sign up. Utter scam. I have decided to proceed legally

As per the below comment I called up customer care again and they offered first 25%later 50 % refund.why do I need to bargain for adervice which I didn't use.and in the portal there is no option to cancel .pathetic service from Credverify.never trust them.they don't provide refund for our money.i'm proceeding further

I only did this to see my credit score this site is VERY predatory, I am a very broke college student and Canadian immigrant who is in the prosses of moving from my apartment so I went on a realtor site and they sent me over to this to see my credit score, they gave no indication that they will be CHARGING the SAME card im trying to see my credit score on or that they were charging me period! Im so upset because as i have stated i am broke and is trying to keep my head above water and make sure i can have a good enough score to move. I checked my account today *I am a night owl* only to find out i was chared $35CAD from y CREDIT CARD!!!!!!! I'm confused and depressed because im already trying to pay off my credit card bill and they are ADDING to it! what sense is there to check my credit core if you guys are trying to make it worse????? I can't even call for a refund because it is so late at night *1:19 am on a Saturday* and they won't be open until Monday! I am super anxious because I have money that isnt mine missing and reading the other reviews about this predatory company I might get my refund request rejected. Im confused because i don't know if i should cancel my account because I'm afraid ill never get this money back!!!!! This is a complete scam company, they will charge you every month and will not let you cancel. You have to call and wait on hold just to cancel, and even then they will not cancel. They told me once they would be cancelling and then didn't and kept charging me, and wouldn't offer a refund. Avoid this company at all costs.

I signed up to get a Pay day loan a long time ago, i never even got the loan, but somehow was signed up with these guys. I have called 3 times to cancel, each time, getting a cancelation confirmation email and yet they have still taken $90 over the last month alone. They keep offering me a 50% refund. I want 100%, it was not authorized to take this money. They told me there is nothing anyone else there can do. I have proof of the cancelations and proof of the money coming out.
