THIEVES
STOLE MONEY FROM ME AND CAUSED ME TO PAY NSF CHARGES. VERY DECEPTIVE BUSINESS PRACTICES. THEY DISGUISE THEMSELVES AS A LOAN WEBSITE AND THEN CHARGE YOU FOR A NONEXISTENT SERVICE. THEY DO NOT RESPOND TO ANY EMAILS OR CALLS EITHER.

NOW I HAVE TO CONTACT MY BANK TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT THEY KEEP CHARGING ME ON. HOPE YOU GUYS ARE HAPPY. DISGUSTING COMPANY

They been trying to charge me for months now, I never subscribed to their website. Never heard of them. Changed my credit card but they still trying to charge me for something. And for a while I'm trying to call them, they answer the calls but they do not talk. If could put ZERO star I would. You thief

I would give zero if possibly. We opened an account with them and requested it be canceled. On their end they show it cancelled yet they have billed us monthly for half a year. They refuse to correct the issue saying they can’t find the account and it’s now my problem. I have to change my bank account in order to stop them from taking the money they’re not entitled to. Stay away from these crooks they will rob you and flip you off.

Update, they want me to call the same toll free number that has been unable to help for six months. I have left my number for a supervisor to call me back in 24-48 hours. It’s been over a month and they haven’t called. I will not be calling back the useless customer service.

Still not acceptable. Creditverify has been charging me monthly for a service I used one time. When I reviewed previously, they reached out and said they provided me a refund. What they refunded was the current month they charged me for which was the very least they could considering they have been charging me almost a year, never provided any receipts or email confirmations that would have alerted me they were charging me. Not ethical in any way.

My experience with credit verify was good because even though the Service was not for me because of some technical issues the rep I talked to to cancel my account was very nice and did not try to push me with retention offers too hard which was nice

They are deceptive. Claiming to offer free trial and charging $1. Making cancelation almost impossible by not allowing it to be doable online. Cancelation has to be done by phone and is only available from 10am to 6pm EST when people should be at their own work. CREDITVERIFY, DO NOT CHARGE MY CARD $34.95. I AM NOT INTERESTED IN YOUR SERVICES. $1 WAS CHARGED ON THE 8TH OF MAY. DO NOT CHARGE ME FOR ANY SUBSCRIPTION. I AM NOT INTERESTED!!!!

I would give them zero stars if I could. This is a SCAM. Tried to get a credit check and now with no notice, invoice or anything I’ve been charged $34.95USD. I tried to cancel my membership but conveniently you can only cancel by phoning them. I’ve tried phoning 3 times and been hung up on be they even answer my call. CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP AND GIVE ME A REFUND. I will be disputing these charges with my bank. Despicable

I rated 5 stars, because, well, the rep I spoke to was very kind. However, their retention policies have them offer you 3 separate, bigger discounts off of the product itself, which can be annoying if you're in a rush, but can also be very helpful to those canceling for, ironically, budgetary reasons.

You should cancel my account, I don't need check that.

The company reply speaks to how checked out they are. I have removed my review because I am scared about being contacted.

She told me that supervisor will call me in 1 hr i am waiting from 3 hours and haven't got any call

This is probably run my scammers. I tried to sign up and was unable to get my credit score/report, for whatever reason. The only email I received from them was a welcome email, NOWHERE DOES IT STATE ANY CHARGE OR MEMBERSHIP. I only just noticed on my bank statement that I have been charged 34.95 twice, in march and april + a $1 on the date of verification(that is why they requested cc, just to verify). Now its telling me to cancel a membership I did not sign up for, and has been charging me for SERVICE I NEVER RECEIVED. I have already reported this to my bank as fraudulent, I see no point in trying to call them to cancel after going through the reviews. I will have my bank block them and dispute the charges.

Update: called and they have canceled my account. They refused to give a full refund even though no service was rendered, offering 25%. I rejected it and will have my bank take it up

Suite à l’avis laisser sur TrustPilot sur cette compagnie, ils ont répondu à mon appel en moins de 5 minutes et ils m’ont demandé mes informations pour vérifier et après ils m’ont demandé d’appeler à ce numéro 1888 655 0199 et vous pouvez appeler ce numéro pour mettre votre dossier à jour ou fermer votre compte et j’ai été prélevé sur ma carte de crédit au montant de $196 sur 3 mois et en fermant le compte j’ai reçu un remboursement de $13, bref c’est peu mais j’ai réussi à fermer le compte et un atout est que ma banque paye déjà la vérification de crédit auprès de TransUnion et de Equifax a cause des vols d’identité qu’il y a eu dans le passé donc avec TrustPilot c’est merveilleux merci

These people have still charged me $34.95 despite me calling them twice this week to cancel my account and them saying that my account has been canceled. Literally, the customer support operator told me on Wednesday that my account has been officially canceled as of Monday, April 17th. As if you guys haven't already charged me enough over the period of 18th months that you have now charged me again for the 19th time.

I should have known that since they didn't send the confirmation email, they kept saying I would receive it in 24-48 hours. Absolute liars!!

As per most of the reviews already...I'm not even sure if I signed up for this or if I clicked on it and my laptop auto-filled. However I was signed up I never used it and never received a monthly statement, or a receipt for signing up. This is a scam and of no use to me whatsoever. Beware!!!!! I finally managed t cancel it after the person on the phone told me that I had signed up for it. Nope. I did not!

Edit: yes I did call you but I had to Google search to find out who I was even looking for based on the charges on my cc because you never sent me any sort of monthly invoice or acknowledgment that I had even signed up! What are you trying to hide by not sending out monthly receipts like every other subscription service? I'll tell you what...the fact that you are a scam! I also was never offered any sort of refund like a lot of the other people you scammed!

SCAM DO NOT USE

I'm a poor student looking for a job and I got connected with a hiring manager asking to go to CreditVerify and send a screenshot from there.
They informed me that it's not going to cost anything, only $1 for verification purposes.

Then, after 2 months, I see 2 charges for $34.95. I called them today to cancel, (talked to Zakary!!) and they said that they only see the charge of $1 on my account (absolute scammers).
Now, after canceling my membership, they say that they can only proceed with 25% refund.... And I'm not even sure if it's gonna be deposited or not...

Don't get baited guys!

I just got off the phone and they did cancel my membership but refused to give me a refund!!! I am livid and do not even remember signing up for this until I got a charge from my card. This is how they scam you and keep your money!
