This program wouldnât allow me to input any info and never gave me a credit score because it didnât have enough info. Then in March I was charged $34.95 so I called on March 9th, explained and they wouldnât give me a refund but said she had cancelled my account and I would not be charged again. Now in April I have been charged $34.95 again!! I called and was told the person I spoke with in March didnât process my cancellation but that my account will be cancelled today and I will be refunded for this month. That cancellation and refund better be processed immediately! Do NOT use this scam of a company! They are clearly only out to take your money.

Searched out the recruiter and their entire profile was deleted. Tried calling to cancel, but it keeps hanging up. Looking at the previous comments, I shouldn't have to unblock my number for you guys to pick up and let me cancel this.
Go to Transunion directly and pay their price, which is cheaper than this scam site.

I've been calling this company all morning and getting hold music then hung up on. I have no memory of signing up for this service but may have for some type of offer I did a couple years ago.
I noticed a charge in my bank account for it a few days ago and called the number, the hold music went on and on. Began trying again this morning only to get hung up on repeatedly.
After reading these reviews, I'll be contesting this charge with my bank and I want the account closed TODAY!!!

I was applying for a loan and there was an offer to signup with CreditVerify, i declined the offer, yet they charged me $1 and $34.95. i called them at 18777515899, they cancelled the subscription and were offering a 50% refund but i demanded for a full refund because i didn't signup with them in the first place. they refused and said it is 50% refund, so i called my bank and disputed the transaction and got my full refund.

Scam with hidden subscription charges
I registered to get a one-time report for $1 as advertised. Have been charged roughly 40 CAD since then every month, and only accidentally noticed that today.
The website didn't make it clear that I'm subscribing to a paid service - instead it highlights that they only need your credit card to verify your identity... I would call this a scam and I imagine most of the payees are paying not by choice, but by accident - just like me.
I demand a refund of the total charges made over 3 months. This is just unacceptable business. Will report to my bank.
There's no way to cancel subscription online - you need to call their number and it's hard to get through. Besides the number is not toll free from outside US so there's no way to cancel for free if I'm abroad. This is just not right.

Scam plain and simple. Somehow started charging my credit card even though I am 100% I did not agree to pay them anything. Found dozens of reviews from others having a similar fraudulent experience. Called their customer service to cancel and refund and they would not give a full refund. Repeadly charged me. The lady on the phone was rude and spreading misinformation. Told me they were open 24/7 but when I called and online shows they clearly are not. Repeadly charged my card then offered ad 25% refund. After questioning her Repeadly she went up to 50% but I will be disputing the charges.
