Scammers the company and the credit…
Scammers the company and the credit company don’t work with them. As an experience customer they are just rip of the sellers and the buyers the trade account is via 3rd party and they give a credit limit and been changed after 1 day. So it was approved a day before and the next day declined just a joke.
Update:
After seeing your response a line of credit is been provided after more checks has been made at checkout you can’t tell that this decision has changed overnight scammers both companies. Trying to remove my feedback as you know is true.

Like any credit provider we review each application regularly to ensure the credit is suitable for the customer.
On this occasion after the review on the application found it was not suitable to provide you with the credit.
We know how much of a difference this can make to small businesses, and do our best to offer it to as many business owners as possible.
We approve the majority of applications, but if yours is not approved, you’re welcome to reapply after 30 days.

Absolutely disgusting company
Absolutely disgusting company! I bought from them as a buyer. Orders would regularly not turn up and they would then refund money minus their service fees and delivery for orders I never recieved! They tried to send a bailiff to my company twice for bills that had been paid - I then had to pay extra fees for this. They add extra money onto your account saying you owe it even though you have paid it and have the proof but they still try to take more money! Customer service is very rude and absolutely no help. Looks like they make a business out of scamming people. Do not shop with these. Faire is so much easier to buy from and has most of the same sellers - never had an issue with them and their customer service is brilliant

I have emailed you directly to resolve this issue and share the confidential documents again for your reference.
In regards to the payment, your invoice was several months overdue before it was sent to an external company to recover the debt.
This debt escalation process incurs a claim & warrant fee which is added to the balance of the outstanding invoice.
These fees are paid to the external debt collection agency.
On this occasion, it seems like the external debt collection agency didn’t explain this to you correctly which has resulted in the incorrect amount being paid.
All fees and amounts are also communicated in writing through letters for your records.

Efficient and knowledgeable problem resolution
Fassel was amazing! He was very efficient and was able to help me resolve an issue that I have been working two months to get resolved. With no response from the supplier and my rep being no longer with the company. I had no idea how to get this resolved. He was able to handle it very quickly and one conversation.
