Absolutely disgusting company
Absolutely disgusting company.
The sent bailiffs to me after the wouldn't accept a monthly payment. However, they accepted the exact payment plan through the county court (waste of time)
I then paid said debt, infact I overpaid, then they sent a further court letter saying I owed money.
Sent over 15 email, NO ONE REPLIED
THEY SENT BAILIFFS AGAIN EVEN THOUGH I PAID IN FULL AND OVER PAID MONTHS BEFORE.
They gentleman who came to visit me was absolutely lovely, showed him I paid and over paid and he said you know what, this company is TERRIBLE for doing this, people pay their balance and they still send county court out.

Really Helpful Service
I needed to urgently change my payment method on my account and was having problems doing it. Fassal in customer services was a fantastic help on Livechat and fixed our problem for us. He stayed on the line for over half an hour in order to make sure that all went through properly. Thank you so much for your help!
