Fassal was great on the live chat. My payment details had been wiped off so I needed to make a payment. All sorted through the live chat. Their website is clunky and awful to use but the live chat does work well!

Does not pay on time
They don't pay us on time. It is very on and off issue. Sometimes they pay within the 30 days plus 5-7 business days. Other months we need to send them a reminder e-mail. This issue has been now over 1 year. They don't take really the responsibility of the own policy. I think that a company should release payment within their own terms and conditions. Without customers worrying or wasting time to send them an email for a payment reminder. Keeping the fund if for business owners 1 a risk that if they close down you won't be able to see your money. 2. the fund could be used for your own business to invest or pay your own supplier. 3. you could put this in your own bank for some interest. 4. Time you wasted to write them an e-mail. No excuse should be made from their end on late payments. Especially when an issue becomes a repeated problem

Thank you for taking the time to submit your feedback. We are sorry to hear that your recent experience resulted in a cancelled order by the vendor.
Vendors have the final approval to accept or cancel an order based on their own criteria of what an acceptable retailer means to their business. This vendor in particular does not accept Amazon resellers. While our marketplace does not specifically ban anyone due to anti-competition laws, we understand that our vendors do have restrictions and are allowed to implement them on our platform.
We know this is disappointing but do offer for our team to help you find replacement items should you decide you would like us to!
As for the refund, I can confirm that you paid for this order before the date we stated it was due. Our team did not take the payment at the time of purchase. We did however, process the refund at this time. This could take up to 5-10 business days to arrive back in your account, depending on your bank.
