Lovely cue plays really nicely, but that said the finish is a little less than I expected. Some rough grain down the length of the shaft and the butt finish is not high quality. It's those little things that put you apart and above the rest.

My order was placed on Friday 8th and delivered on Monday 11th. Dale answered all my queries when necessary. Fantastic service, 3rd time I've used this company! Can't beat good old fashioned service. 5 stars.

I sent and old One peice Maple/Ebony cue for straightening, smaller ferrule and tip,re-taper and refinish...what I got back was beautiful 3/4 split but very straight...now sending another 4 cues for the same treatment.
Allways polite, always good advice and they're excellent at what they do...perfection takes time give them time.

The order is correct, but the waiting time was too long

Nice luxury handmade break cue pretty much as ordered although a darker ash grain would have been 5 stars

Lovely cue, plays very well. Joint does come apart a little to easy when playing but not really a problem. Great value for money.

Cue arrived today after 13 weeks and well worth the wait, it's bang on spec I ordered and made to a very high standard arrow straight and lovely finish, Always answered questions quickly and really wouldn't buy anywhere else.

I purchased a bespoke cue from cue craft and was told production will be about 12-14 weeks which I was fine about. I made one slight change to the order whilst it was in production and the cue craft team responded to me promptly and said that the change would not be a problem. The 12-14 week date was closing in and I realised I would be on holiday when it would be delivered. I requested that cue craft kept hold of the cue and they said they would post it out on the dates I would like. Cue arrived and what can I say, its’s a lovely cue and has certainly improved my game. I cannot fault cue craft for their service and the quality of my cue. Thanks cue craft for your great service, I already may have another order for you as one of my friends has tried mine and absolutely loves it. I would highly recommend purchasing a cue from Cue craft you will not be disappointed.

My cue has arrived and is a really lovely product, I'm very happy I invested in a custom cue. Customer service was consistently helpful and polite - I rang several times to check on the order and change delivery address but each time was treated as a valued customer. I'll be dealing with Cue Craft again.

Cue s did take a while but when they turned up they looked great and just what I ordered

customs fees in addition which is not informed during the purchase!
ferrule badly fit the arrow is split and the tail slaps when I play with it
I am disappointed and I will have to continue playing with the old cue which is over 30 years old!

Went in today to search for a new Pool cue, great selection on offer and friendly, knowledgeable staff on hand to help me out.

Cue feels great and great value for money at £130. Will be coming back.

I received a cue that looks nothing like the advertised images.
The butt-work is poor, the ballance point is high up the cue, the century pro ti ferrule was loosely fitted and packed out with epoxy - it clunks. Tip filled with glue.
5th and final cue from these. Gone downhill
