Cushman and Wakefield refuses to give me a bonified email or phone number for contact and I have no heat!!
C&W is terrible and I am warning all those planning to sign a lease with this company to NOT DO SO! You will regret living in a C&W owned property!! 0 Stars for Cushman and Wakefield.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. They took over Rockwood in Coeur d' Alene, ID. They continue to raise rent on 20 year old apartments. All grass landscaping died, trees are dying. Steps are not properly marked and are dangerous, when reported to management they refused to file an incident report. Utilities were originally included in my lease and they decided to switch to residents paying on their own. They cannot explain charges. Water for May gets billed in July? Service charges that are not explained. Their mobile app does not work, I was told that conservice sends a monthly email detailing out utilities, and I have not once received an email. I had 3 weeks left on my lease and they refused to let me out 3 weeks early to help with a better transition to a new apartment complex and was told it would be over $1,000.00 to break the lease. I was also told they will take a significant portion of my deposit as a cleaning fee eventhough I'm told to fully clean the apartment. For the record I'm moving to a brand new complex for less than what I am paying for a 20 year old apartment. Their managers are awful, not helpful at all, they are just minons of Cushman and Wakefield. If Cush.Wake is involved move on, trust me!!! They have 16 vacant apartments currently and there are reasons for that.

Absolute garbage company. I own an apartment in one of the buildings they manage and they ghost me for months when I have a problem, I've been waiting 18 months to resolve an insurance issue. Now I find out that through their mismanagement they have caused a thriving local business to have to shut down. It should be illegal to be this bad at a service you charge so much for.

They took over our rental property/neighborhood from the original D.R. HORTON and then lasted a year. Changed locks out and began charging for stuff we already had (lawncare and security alarm/app features) with am addendum. We never signed but they came and changed the locks and never gave us the code to get into our home. Then they sell to another agency. Charged me $400 for late fee - FIRST time in 3 years of renting. Emailed situation - accident took my car out, dealing with insurance, trying to find new car and then a friend visited. No follow up. The last rent - closed the app down for the first of the month - real SMART. Had to pay by check - dropped it off on the 1st - charged a late fee. Can't forget that they were charging me over 4 months of no rental insurance (which we had). They never reached out. They charged me more than the "credit" they gave me. WORST EVER! If they own the property - don't rent here! Move on!

They are the new management company for the Flats @ Riverview Apartments in Duluth, GA. They turn down decent people. My family recently applied. My sister has a 798 credit score and my mother has a credit score of 690. They were told they had poor credit and did not own real estate. You need to own real estate to rent an apartment. 798 is almost perfect.

Stuck in one of the Manchester properties managed by Cushman and Wakefield, having failed to exit using the directions previously explained. Called the emergency contact indicated at reception - 08456031485 - for Cushman. Explained the circumstances to the call handler, who stated that "None of [the companies in the building] mean anything to me...If you're stuck all I can do is charge for a keyholder to come out".

Seemingly, Cushman is unaware of the organisations occupying (at least) one of the buildings that they manage. What's more, they have no grasp as to building layout, including exit and entry points. All they know is how to charge for someone on call to attend with a key.

How can a company provide effective "building management" or "property solutions" without having the foggiest idea of the real estate.

Absolutely the worst company in world. C&W is the parent company for Sherwood Oaks apartment in Riverview, FL. They failed to issue a quiet claim against my deposit of +950.00. Several months after trying to convince the Property Manager to return my deposit I was forced to file a small claims against Sherwood Oaks. I won the case, presented evidence to Sherwood Oak and C&W yet still haven't received my deposit. Its back to court I go, this time to inform the Judge they refused to comply with a court order judgement.

Terrible to work with. We leased a business location from them for 5 years-left the property spotless yet still haven’t received our security deposit back 6 months later. One excuse after another! Do NOT lease from them!!

They have not fixed my sink since they have been managing the building in April. They have since increased my rent to the maximum amount possible without me signing anything. The building has also lost many security measures like needing to scan into the elevators. They continue to have poorly attended events and update the art work while not fixing any real problems. This is not a luxury building whatsoever. Jennifer Sykes does nothing to help or hold her employees accountable. She will not answer my phone calls or requests for an in person meeting.

Reserve & Providence in Charlotte is now managed by Cushman&Wakefield but when I initially moved in 7 years ago it was owned by a different investment company and property management company so the main difference is Cushman&Wakefield. Since being purchased by FCP in 2018 and they hired Cushman & Wakefield to manage the property its been a steady decline in the management of the property and treatment of tenant issues and concerns.
1. Management (especially the current property manager, Mercedes Ortega) is inattentive and unprofessional - She is never onsite even the rare occasions she is onsite its impossible to reach anyone by phone and if you do they are normally unwilling to help. She will lie right to your face, never follows up on concerns and is always in a confrontational mood like she owns the place.
2. Maintenance takes a extremely long time to answer your calls let alone the time to fix it even emergency maintenance issues. They spend the majority of the days riding around in golf carts parked in front of their apartments multiple times a day (all of them live onsite and I live near a couple of them and work from home)
3. No existing issues are fixed they wait until a catastrophic failure occurs before its addressed for a apartment complex built in 1980 that is not the best way to address issues
4. There is no way to actually reach anyone to address issues (they setup the automated voice system intentionally to run you in circles then eventually hang up on you. What makes it so much worse is they send a automated confirmation of completion of the work when no one has actually been to your place to fix anything.
5. They force you to have valet trash pickup but all it is a guy riding around throwing your trash into the bed of his truck them dumping it and the dumpsters next to the mailboxes - it smells and looks terrible and increases in size throughout the week. They also force you to pay $33/month for basic cable but you still have to pay Spectrum for your WiFi I see no saving paying them directly for my cable.
6. Common areas are dated and are not well maintained - pool is never cleaned so its never open
7. There are broken down cars all over the complex that just make for a eyesore
8. Even though Reserve and Providence is in the nicest area of Charlotte you feel like you are living in Section 8 housing

Corrupt. They will rip off their own mothers.

Our office building's manager Chris Bass (10 gresham street) refused for me to put up a flyier by the reception about a fundraiser I organised in April to help some hospitals in Ukraine while he allowed a Discounted Perfume ad now. When challenged he replied they need to be political unbiased. This is unbelievably inhuman.

Been a tenant here almost a year now. 1st month of tenancy, AC stopped working throughout all 3 floors during the worst heatwave ever here in Oregon - 10 days of 102+ degree heat, my unit is on the south side of the building facing morning n afternoon sun. Many tenants called mgmt n their voicemail box was full, but no response. I’m disabled and suffering with Kidney Failure n high blood pressure, so MUST stay cool. I finally emailed mgmt with a stiff but decent message, several days later, they called n said “it’ll be Monday b4 the repair company can get here n fix it.” 9 days later, they came n supposedly fixed it! However, during that heatwave, I did end up in the hospital for a day for heat exhaustion and to get my blood pressure down…OUCH! I tried via several calls and a couple of emails to talk to mgmt about my not wanting to pay rent for the days we were without air conditioning during the storm, NO response!
I didn’t pay rent for the days without working AC.

In addition, we had an AWFUL ice/snow storm…we woke the 1st morning of the storm to NO HEAT! It was a FULL WEEK b4 someone came to fix it! I tried via several calls n a couple of emails to talk to mgmt about my not wanting to pay rent for the days we were without heat during the storm, NO response until much later…then, when I only paid rent for the days we had heat that month, they responded to the broken AC only by saying, “Our policy is that air conditioning is not a necessity for your apartment environment. You’re still responsible for full rent regardless…” HOW RIDICULOUS! I took the apartment knowing n expecting the AC/Heat was installed and in working order. My rent is NOT state or HUD paid, but paid thru my monthly SSDI and I ALWAYS pay/paid my rent on time. I have a RIGHT to expect everything to CONTINUE WORKING as it was when I signed my Lease! In my opinion, this is unconscionable treatment of tenants, COLD & UNFIT MGMT style! I still have not pay for the NO AC/NO Heat days.

Oplichters, rekenenen onverklaarbare service en energie kosten. Verwarming kosten was 400 euro extra echter deed mijn verwarming het niet... Tegenreactie is incasso bureau. Huur niet bij deze partij. Hoor van erg veel mensen die hetzelfde overkomen is.

Working with them on a new tenancy and given the fees they’re charging the landlord, a three toed sloth would be quicker and more efficient.

Negotiated one month free move in and repaint. They didn't give us the keys for the first two weeks, took another three weeks for water as they wouldn't issue the letter required and we are now in month three with no power...

Is it their first time as agents?

Jokers. I will actually avoid properties they represent moving forward.

We had the unfortunate misfortune of renting a warehouse in Bradford. Problem after problem. To top it all off after we vacated, they couldnt even have the decency to tell our utilities we had vacated (needed by british gas to close our account). We dealt with Andrew Llewellyn and I have to say a 6 year old child could do his job better. They still owe us money too from overpayments and also shorte'd us on our deposit back for no reason. We are pursuing through small claims.

total ripoff artists! They called me to do work at a business I did the work submitted for payment six months later and a pound of paperwork they finally sent a check that was short by 7% they said they just take 7% off every invoice this company is a total joke do not do business with them!!!!
