i love d'addario, the only problem we had was a misunderstanding

D’Addario makes the best stick and drumheads best suited for marching band. Their Promark artist signature sticks are top notch compared to some other sticks offering great variety, feels, and tones you’re looking for in your playing. Evans Drumheads offer the best tonal and snappy heads for the high-tuning for a marching drum. Their practice pad have the be the best, and it is what I recommend to most people starting out. You can never go wrong with Promark or Evans.

I contacted D’Addario via email about removing an item I put in the cart to check on a price, but not see the remove button to remove this item. I received a prompt reply to my question as well as other questions I had about string recycling. They were quite detailed in their response and answered all of my questions completely. It is good to know that their businesses out there that actually read emails and response promptly with helpful information (as well as offering a great products).

Great customer service which is hard to find lately in the US. Products come and go- people that solve your issues with those products are what matters. This company knows how to treat its customers.

I have been using various accessories from D'Addario for both my electric and classical guitars, and they never disappoint. They are a highly trustworthy company with a real focus on customer needs.Their XT strings are phenomenal for tone and durability, but I also rely heavily on their other gear. The Micro Headstock Guitar Tuner is incredibly discreet and accurate, and the Humidipak system keeps my classical guitar perfectly protected. If you want a brand that listens to musicians and delivers consistent premium quality, D'Addario is the absolute best!

I had made my living repairing guitars and there is only one brand after 40 years I recommend and this it it .

I have been searching high and low for a neck strap for an 'out of the norm' instrument ...an ophicleide. The challenge has been finding one that is sturdy enough for an eleven pound instrument, but also able to adjust to a fairly short length (~18 inches). Steve fielded my question, and confirmed with his production team that a Rico Alto Sax strap would be strong enough to support the instrument. The strap arrived soon thereafter ...and it's Great! Superb strap construction, and a breeze to adjust! I am more than a satisfied customer ...I have a new company to do business with, and share with my musician friends. Thank you D'Addario ...thank you Steve!

I had an issue with the Humidipak Restore kit on my vintage Kay parlor guitar. I sent an email about my issue and Hailey gave me a quick response. I was not using the product correctly. I am very impressed with my experience and have used D'Addario products many years, including strings, straps and countless other products. I will continue to be a satisfied customer.

Very fast and responsive staff, i like how quick they respond and how helpful they are would recommend to anyone used to slow business day replys.

I had a problem on my end with logging on. I sent them and email and the problem was fixed in minutes. I very much appreciated the quick response to my problem.

I had purchased a set of tape wound long scale bass strings and one string was gray while the others are all black.
In an email to D'Addario I described the situation and was asked to supply the model number, player circle code, and my address. This was just before the Memorial Day weekend and I didn't expect to hear back from my Customer Service Specialist until mid week.
In the meantime, needing strings, I headed to the chain store to see if they could help me and they swapped them for a new set of the same color. After a 28 mile round trip I was excited to put the strings on when I discovered that the guy gave me a short scale set. I immediately called and asked the associate to see if he had the set in long scale and he said they had five sets and would confirm if I could wait on hold. He came back and said yes they have them and come back to swap them again.
So the next morning I stepped out and there was a package that was probably an amazon delivery and pushed it aside. Off I went on another round trip to the chain store. Upon getting there and looking for the correct set they were nowhere to be found. The associate looked them up in their inventory and it said they were in stock. After another twenty minutes of disappointment, they were going to order a set and it would take a week to receive the set. I laughed and said amazon would have them to my door in the morning. They refunded my purchase price. Had I known this there is no way I would have gone through the trouble of burning my time and fuel on a fruitless search. I was not happy and planned to order another set on amazon but when I got home and opened the package on the porch it was a complete new set of long scale strings that my Customer Care Specialist must have overnighted to me. George S. went above and beyond for someone who is unknown and may never need another set of strings and would gladly pay for what he sent me since there are no strings to return. In todays day and age, it is rare to be taken care of so quickly and without any pushback. All my other basses have D'Addario strings and will always.
Sorry to be so long winded, but it is worth it to me.

Daddario Help Centre was very prompt at responding to my query. But importantly they provided me with accurate instructions regarding the recharging of my Nexxus 360 tuner. Very grateful.
However I do think the instructions on the tuner packet should be more specific; ie, the USB charging cable should be pushed fully into the socket until you hear a click.

Your response was timely and my concern was rectified to my satisfaction with an explanation to help me understand what had happened while kindling let me know what I did not understand.

I have had basically 100% positive experiences dealing with D'Addario's customer service functions. They are prompt and always do what they can to fix problems and have satisfied me as a customer.

That being said, I'm under the impression the bug report in their "Gear Collection" Beta don't work properly. And the new changes to their website have created problems it appears the customer service folks can't fix on their end, but I don't think that reflects on the their department.

Had an issue with some wear and tear after heavy use of their accessory bag and was asking if it was possible to purchase the inserts for it. Not only did they respond very quickly, but they took care of me with the best customer service I've experience in a long time. Big shout out to Hailey for amazing customer service.
