I recently bought an Evans Drumheads, and i got points with it, now i can get points to go into raffles to win more for free

It's a very good company where everything works well. When a problem arises, which is rare, they are immediately ready to help.
The strings are very good as well as the tuners. Just keep going like this.

I was having trouble redeeming my points on a recent purchase. I contacted Hailey from D’Addario and she promptly resolved the problem. D’Addario, has good woodwind products and I like the fact that points are given with each purchase, which contributes to future purchases and/or lower prices on future purchases.

I have been using Evans heads almost exclusively for more than 20 years, both for myself (drumset, orchestral percussion & hand drums) and for the numerous school groups I've directed (all of the above + drumline). The heads are not only great quality but extremely consistent. On the two occasions I've had to deal with customer service - about 15 years ago, product related & just this week, Players Circle related - communication was great, and the problem was resolved quickly (including immediately shipping replacement product).
I also use D'Addario strings on my guitars and basses and have always been happy with them as well. Great family-owned company

I've been a user of D'Addario products for years, particularly EJ45 strings and other classical guitar accessories. Their products are reliable, designed to last, and built with musicians in mind. Proud to support them.

P.S. Their rewards system is the best too! Players Circle is a great way to give back to their customers. It gives us more reason to continuously support them.

I have used daddario strings since the 2000s they use a better core than the other manufacturers so the stability and tonal quality are noticeable above the rest.

The best strings I ever used (also the price-quality ratio). Additionally, the website is quite ergonomic and convenient.

I’ve been a long time user of Evans drumheads. Just recently started taking advantage of the Player’s Points program. Nice program, good benefits. I have had a couple of issues with points not loading, and no code on qualifying products, but the D’Addario Player’s Points support team has been very prompt to respond and very helpful each time.

Had a question about using the power cable with the power box. I had an answer within 24-hours. Super fast turn around. Their strings and accessories are industry standards. If they didn't invent it, they definitely perfected it.

Reasonable prices for postage to Scotland, even free sometimes for Players Circle members. Also the customer service has always been perfect whenever I've needed help.

Ordered strings on the 15th April, it’s now 4th May, they still say ‘preparing for shipping’ like, what company in the world thinks this is acceptable. I thought I’d try these strings instead of EB strings but I will never use these ever again just because shipping is crazy slow. I could have ordered them on Amazon and gotten next day shipping but through their website is useless. Never again

I have tried many strings, but the quality-price ratio of Daddario is undeuably better. I mostly buy classic carbon strings, which last long and sound bright. Other manufacturers analogies can vary significantly in price, but the quality is not better, and sometimes it's even worse

The new way of signing in to register our string bags that is SUPPOSE to make things better for us is RIDICULOUS. I've been doing this for years and NEVER had a problem before. Put it back to the original way.

Contacted customer service for a question about some custom ink heads and some website issue, they responded in under 24 hours and i got all the information i needed. can’t wait for my heads to come in!!
