Cheap and pathetic…
Used the cheapest courier provider which has meant delayed delivery and I am not able to receive it for another 3 weeks. Give pathetic generic customer service responses to queries to avoid responsibility. Don't waste time or energy on this garbage brand.

Excellent customer service. Great contact with the customer. Problem solved with no drama or unnecessary questions. Straight to the point. Great quality watch and great straps that i purchased separately. Will definitely buy again. Thank you to Jerika especially who was looking after me.

Totalt värdelöst företag och kundservice. Jag köpte en klocka som present och betalade för expressfrakt. I ups appen stog det att ordern skulle ha kommit in men jag fick inget sms om att den anlänt så jag gick till utlämningsstället och frågade. De sa att det var fel i UPS appen och att ordern ännu inte ankommit men att jag skulle få sms när den kom. Jag fick aldrig något sms och kunde därför inte hämta ut så hela present-iden föll.
Sen när jag mailade KS för att återköpa eftersom födelsedagen passerat och expressfrakten inte fungerade så vägrade kundservice återköpa utan sa att det var mitt fel att jag inte hämtat ut... Trots att jag flera gånge förklarade att ombudet sa att jag inte kunde och att det var fel hos UPS.

I was new to Daniel Wellington
I was new to Daniel Wellington, but I'm super impressed, I used the chat/ email function for a few questions and to exchange a ring size. Regine was helpful and processed my exchange with lots of communication.
I definitely recommend them for service and quality.

Après plus de 30 jours d'attente et d'innombrables appels, la boite reçue était vide! Le colis a été perdu, retrouvé et finalement je me rends compte que la bague commandée a été volée...

Great customer service
Purchased a watch and it was shipped very quickly. There was a bit of an issue with address provided for shipping but Josie in customer service helped get it sorted.

Beware of this online store
Beware of this online store, the customer service is the worst and even more, they use UPS as their courier, they have the same kind of customer service as well. I have sent countless inquiries about my order both to DW and UPS but I never got any help, especially the store, they are very good on ignoring your emails, I eventually asked for a refund I do not care about the ordered items anymore but even that is impossible, this store just accepts payments from customers but do not care or take any responsibilities on whether the customer has received the order.
Update: And now they respond! If I’ll submit another complaint, are you really going to take the time to review my case? And what’s the difference this time? I wont waste another second of my time with this awful store. If you would like to help me you have to take the time to read and review all the emails that I have already sent you! Better yet, just send me the refund!!! I’m not interested in your products anymore. If you are really interested it’s order no. SH635499. Let’s see if you can manage to give any customer service/support. On the other hand forget sending me messages/response just send me back my payment! I just want a refund!!!

Ingen kundeservice
Veldig skuffende kundeservice
Umulig å komme i kontakt med dem angående en reklamasjon. Har forsøkt flere ganger uten å få svar. Ingen hjelp å få, kundeservicen virker helt ueksisterende.
Det står "gratis retur", men du får aldri refusjon hvis du benytter deg av det. Det er som å kaste varene i søpla.

Samma fel på 4 olika ur
Fick en klocka i julklapp. Insåg snart att minutvisaren satt lite löst på den och kontaktade DW. Inga problem, de skickade en ny. Den hade samma problem och nu började också problemen med att få dem att förstå vad som var fel på uret. De trodde att batteriet var slut, att klockan stannat, att den gick för snabbt/långsamt och alla möjliga andra fel. När jag till sist fick dem att förstå vad som var fel så skickade de en ny klocka till mig. Den hade samma fel, så ny kontakt och nytt ur skickades till mig. Öppnade förpackningen och det uret har precis samma fel. Nu har jag försökt kontakta dem igen, utan framgång. Deras kundsupport är extremt långsam och hela upplevelsen känns amatöraktig. Jag inser nog att deras produkter (i alla fall det ur jag fått) är tillverkat med dåliga komponenter så det inte går att få ett som fungerar perfekt. Det sista uret de sände, så lovade de att nu hade de kollat på det och det hade inte samma problem. Det visar en av två saker, antingen ljuger de om att kollat på det, eller så har någon kontrollerat uret som inte vet vad felet är.
När jag har gett klockan dåligt betyg på deras hemsida fick jag omkring 15 olika rabattkoder på lika många språk. Jag kan ärligt säga att jag knappast har lust att köpa fler produkter härifrån, oavsett vilket språk det är på rabattkoden.
Jag önskar att jag kan få pengarna tillbaka på klockan så jag kan köpa en från ett annat märke, men det tror jag knappast händer.
Det ligger en öppen "ticket" hos dem med mitt ärende redan. Vill tro att vi är uppe på 40 mail fram och tillbaka nu. Det börjar bli rätt tröttsamt att ha att göra med denna amatörmässiga verksamhet.

Ho effettuato due ordini sul loro sito, il primo includeva un orologio ed è veramente fantastico, i tempi di consegna sono stati rispettati e durante il processo si rimane aggiornati sulla spedizione.
Il secondo ordine includeva due anelli, per mio errore ho ordinato la taglia sbagliata di entrambi e ho chiesto la possibilità di fare un cambio, è stata accettata ed il tutto è avvenuto tempestivamente.
Oggi sono arrivati gli anelli della taglia corretta e sono stupendi.
