I got my Watch and i couldn’t set it up. We send it back and get new Watch and another one was broken. We even take it to watch shop SO someone proffesional can help us but she also couldn’t do that. We set up for refund but weelington send us another watch. We send it back - it was third time and finally they saw that we want refund, not another watch. It took a lot of time and it was awful experience. We bought first watch in the begining od may and yesterday we got money back which is Three months later. Contact with the wellington was hard. We wrote three messages to get one information. I’m so unsatisfaied. I have their watch, I bought it few years Ago and everything was perfect so i don’t know what happened to them.

Meine erste Bestellung wurde leider von UPS verloren. Als ich den Kundenservice kontaktierte, bekam ich Josie zugeteilt, um mir zu helfen. Sie hat sich Zeit genommen, mein Problem zu verstehen und hat mir bei der Problemlösung schnell, freundlich und super toll weitergeholfen. Compré un reloj en El Corte Inglés de Girona y, a las pocas semanas, las circonitas empezaron a oscurecerse de forma anormal, a pesar de que el reloj apenas lo he usado y siempre ha estado bien guardado. No ha tenido un uso diario ni ha estado expuesto al agua ni a condiciones extremas.

Contacté con el servicio de atención al cliente y, a pesar de explicar todo claramente, se negaron a darme una solución. Alegaron “desgaste por uso”, lo cual no tiene sentido en un producto de este precio y con tan poco tiempo de uso.

Solo pedía un cambio por el mismo modelo pero sin circonitas, ya que es la única parte que se ha deteriorado. No pedía un reembolso ni compensaciones, simplemente una solución razonable. Me parece inaceptable que una marca como esta no se haga responsable de un defecto evidente en su producto.

Muy mala experiencia. No repetiré y no la recomiendo.

Very disappointed with the product quality and customer service at Daniel Wellington.

I purchased a watch from El Corte Inglés in Girona, and just a few weeks later, the zirconia stones started to darken abnormally. The watch has barely been worn — it’s always been stored properly, never exposed to water, and only used occasionally for special outings.

I contacted customer service and clearly explained the issue, but they refused to offer any solution. They claimed it was “wear and tear,” which makes no sense for a watch that’s been used so little and shows a clear quality issue.

All I asked for was the same watch model without the zirconia, as that's the only part that deteriorated. I wasn’t asking for a refund or any compensation — just a fair and reasonable replacement. It’s disappointing that a brand like this won’t stand by their products.

Delivery on time on point, had a small issue with the sizing of the watch band contacted customes service and they went above and beyond with the help without hesitation!

Jeg var blevet fortalt, at urene er noget billigt skidt, som bliver lavet i Kina.
Idiot som jeg var, købte jeg alligevel et af deres ure, da jeg faldt for designet. Første gang jeg ville skifte batteri faldt viserne af. Jeg har aldrig før set magen til makværk!!!

I got in touch with the customer service team about my watch strap and was so pleased with the help I received from Jerika, really lovely and helpful, so quick getting back to me and provided all the information I needed. Couldn’t ask for any more! 5 stars 🌟

Im still in shock from a customer care (B) start of the name. I just made a purchase, website was laggy, ring size automatically was changing from 58 to 48!!!! Multiple times changed back to 58. Payed received order number... And?! Size 48!!!! Emailed customer care, who was extremely unhelpful!!! I have asked for help to exchange size or to cancel order.
She refused to do the both! I was adviced to wait until order arrives and ship it back. Its obsalutely rediculous as order wasn't processed yet, label for shipping takes at least 1-2days! Why it's suppose to be shipped if it can be cancelled now due error?! This is obsalutely rediculous, I could understand if it would be shipped already, but its not!!!! Customer service just rediculous!

I have contacted 4 times customer care with request to exchange the size of the ring ( as it changed automatically during the purchase) or to arrange refund before items been sent out that I would be able to reorder. Products are substandard and this is a Chinese webite. Nothing to do with a physical store closing down.
Cannot contact them to return items. Expensive lesson!!

I ordered my watch more than a month ago and I understand that it was a UPS problem, but it took me to follow up constantly...

I got the wrong size for my partner and after a while of liaison we were able to reach common ground with the Daniel Wellington team especially Jazz from customer service. I was able to return the watch within the given 30-day return period and they even offered to pay for my delivery fees and customs all the way from South Africa 😃 I’ve never been so thrilled! I got my refund back and Jazz was with me every step of the way, these email exchanges were for about a whole month and he was there! Yesterday I bought 2 more watches, in the correct size this time and I can’t wait for them to arrive. Thanks again Jazz and God bless! - Sheelen

Horrible customer service. Paid extra for 2nd day delivery. You can only contact them through email and they won't recognize that they haven't delivered on time and just keep saying they'll look into the matter. I am trying to return an item and the return page won't open.

I lost my Daniel Wellington bracelet due to a faulty clasp, and the company is refusing to replace or refund it — hiding behind “policy” instead of following Australian Consumer Law. Just because the item is lost (due to their defect) doesn’t remove their legal responsibility to provide a remedy. I’ve reported them to Consumer Protection and the ACCC. Extremely disappointing from a global brand. I won’t be purchasing from them again.

Super efficient and detailed help. The team were amazing to work with and shipped my exchange very quickly after the return was received.
Altogether a quick turn around time and great support.

Have purchased 2 items on 13th of May 2025, have arrived only one item, another item haven't arrived. Contacted customer care, already month they are carrying investigation to find out is it wearhouse or ups fault, but me as a costomer no refund no item. Very upsetting and extremely slow customer care, case 1596923 not resolved if it ever will be.

Use cheap and poor delivery partners, despite me proving the item was not delivered, they would not offer a replacement or refund. GO elsewhere or just set your money on fire. I am out of pocket.
