Lovely bangle but disappointed with the presentation bag
Lovely Forget-me -not bangle but disappointed with the "presentation bag". I was expecting something more than a clear cellophane one. My error, I should have paid extra for a gift box as now I have to go out and buy one. Like I said the bangle is nice but to be fair I wished I hadn't bothered as its for a gift and looked better online.

The items came very quickly, they were really lovely. I will be ordering again. We lost my dad earlier this year and so I bought the bracelets with the forget me nots for me and my mum. She loved hers.

Item arrived promptly but it was not quite as I'd expected. The poppies are much chunkier and more plastic looking than in the photo.

Material: Stainless steel anti-allergy ear hooks with acrylic pendant
Approx size: 1.5cm diameter pendant hanging on a 2.5cm ear hook for each ear
Colour: Silver, red and black
Package Includes: 1 pair of earrings
As you can see we state acrylic very clearly. Sorry you felt you had to leave a negative 2 star review before messaging us first about it.

I was disappointed in the material of…
I was disappointed in the material of the earrings. The design is lovely( poppy) but I thought they looked more of a metal on the picture and they arrived plastic albeit a hard plastic. They were for a special birthday on Nov 11th.

It would have been nice if you could have messaged us before leaving such a spiteful and nasty review. You never even gave us the chance to deal with this privately. Really sad how you felt that this was the right way to do things. Absolutely no explanation as to what the problem is or why the bracelet is a 'joke'. So the review really is not at all useful.
