Beautiful little bracelet
Beautiful little bracelet. Little being the key word here..you have to have a very small wrist, Shame that there are no sizing options.

Hi. The bracelet is the size it is. However we do state the size very clearly on the product description so there should be no ambiguity when buying it. Thank you for the feedback

It took too long to arrive as you didn't put your full address. I contacted you the day you ordered to ask for your door number and it took ages for you to get back to me. As soon as you did, we sent it. And your comment about tacky is just unfair and spiteful. You didn't even have the decency to message us first and ask if you could return it. Instead you have just been nasty to us on here for no real reason. We have sold thousands of the bangles with so many lovely comments. If you don't like it then that is fine and your choice, however there is no need for such nasty and spiteful comments when we haven't done anything wrong. This feedback says so much about the type of person you are then it does us. Please do not order from any of our businesses again.

Good communication
Arrived, nice item. 5 hours later took off bracelet and the charm had fallen off, never to be seen again. Company however happy to sort out the issue

This is such a sad review for you to leave. At no point have you contacted us to explain what you mean by 'Poor quality'. As you can see from other reviews we have sold many of these bangles with no problems at all. Lots of lovely comments.
Instead of messaging us directly so we can address your concerns in private, you have chosen to take to here and leave this shocking 1 star review with no basis to your claim. I will treat this review with the contempt it deserves and simply ignore it.
