DD Hammocks レビュー

I'm really enjoying using your high-quality products: I'm especially impressed with the self-inflating thermal mat and the camo backpack. I'm excited to use my frontline hammock for the first time, too. Thank you!

Fantastic service again from DD Hammocks. My order was placed at 14:50 and arrived the next morning at 10:30. This was with the standard free delivery. Absolutely excellent service and not for the first time!

Fantastic product. Joe and Caroline were extremely helpful in answering questions. I am in the US, and ordering from the UK was a breeze, free fast shipping, the Hammock arrived in 4 days.

Excellent high quality kit which stands up to the toughest demands. Coupled with top service and people who care about customers you won't find better.

Highly recommend

From the outset DD Hammocks have been nothing but professional and helpful. I had a question regarding their service which was answered swiftly and concisely which in turn led me to place an order.
My order was dispatched and delivered within two days. Excellent service.
Very happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend DD Hammocks products and service.

Amazed ! Ordered 16:00 came 0900 next day.

Superb quality product, absolutely sets the bar in service.

Ordered a suspension system on Friday afternoon - arrived Saturday morning. And with free next day postage on a single item under £30.

I have nothing but good things to say about DD Hammocks, Joe was a great help when I made an error with my order. Their products are great and delivery was extremely quick. I would happily recommend them to my friends.

I LOVE all of dd hammocks gear, but only had one problem. Well it didn't mentiin anywhere that you would be paying the ALV's yourself and it ended up costing over 100€ for me. I didn't even have the money when I found out and it was about to cost me a lot more. I wasn't going to have my brand new hammock for my trip if I didn't get the money.

I really like DD Hammocks,I’ve been using DD for a few years now and can’t fault their gear.
I recently purchased a frontline hammock and 4x4m mc tarp and absolutely love my new set up ❤️
Thanks DD

The most efficient and thorough customer care i have ever experienced! Very fast and eager to solve a problem i was having with the delivery, they got back to me extremely quickly and were very supportive and understanding. I was offered a full refund for the delivery and a bucket load of support. If my delivery had not arrived on that third day (and it finally did), dd hammocks were going to resend the items through a different courier for next day delivery before 1pm. I cannot praise their efficiency enough. Thankyou Vikki + the whole team, especially as this was the first time i’ve bought dd products directly from them. As for the products purchased, they are still in their bags, but from my experience with ddhammocks’ gear, i know they will be fit for purpose and will last for a very long time. Thankyou ddhammocks.

Had such a easy experience with ordering my hammocks and stuff. Joe and Vikki were absolutely amazing and helped me in every way possible. Received my delivery super fast and love my free gift too! Will certainly use dd in the future. Thanks all 😍

Very quick delivery by courier.

The tarps I brought from here are really good quality; exactly as described on the website. Even got a nice free gift.

I cant rate DD enough absolutely amazing customer support. Joe and the team really went above and beyond expectation. Thank you so much guys.
