Great customer service.

I always use Decks for my DJ and production equipment. Their sales team are great and give excellent advice. I'm really pleased with the new needles, totally worth it. Thanks all.

I only purchase from decks

I only purchase from decks. Their site is easy to use and quick to authorise. Finance option is quick and easy. They emailed me with an extra fraud protection method. I called them and everything was smooth. We spoke for a while not about my purchase but abut DJing in general. Great bunch highly recommended!!

Poor Service!

There isn't enough characters on here to write my full review so I will just say I will never be using this website again, thanks for wasting my time ......still haven't even received my missing content.
Rubbish communication, and no consideration for the trouble of their mess ups!
