Great prices and great customer service, although I did have a strange conversation with one of the team who was a bit "jack the lad" which I found unprofessional and a bit bullshitty. Otherwise my experiences with decks have been great!

I'm genuinely happy with the service the only criticism I have is that I bought a pioneer djm 350 mixer from decks.co.uk and got a 10% discount voucher to use next time and I just bought a pair of pioneer cdj 900 nexus's and the voucher had run out which I think is not fare as this equipment is not cheap.

Received a call from Decks saying that the item I had ordered online was actually not in stock. They offered me an alternative which was the same item I had ordered but a different colour and £10 off. I was super impressed and happy with the customer service and also how quick my package came.
