Ive used Decks for years now. Always fast delivery & never had any problems.

Quick and simple transaction just as Buying online should be.

My first time using this company but it was a good experience. Once i'd put my order in they phoned me twice to confirm their stocks with me and to let me know when my order would be despached and when it would be delivered.

The headphones that were part of my order were late arriving but i sent an email to find out what was going on and they replied within minutes saying there had been a problem their end but that they would be despatched that day and i would have them tommorow. True to their word they arrived first thing the next day so i have no complaints.

I've ordered a turntable on my first purchase and a mixer, some cables and vinyl record brush on my second purchase. Turntable, mixer and cables came the next day, however the brush was delivered couple days later since it was only in stock at their warehouse but I was informed about this right away as on both of my purchases I was contacted by one of the advisers from customer service. Well done.

Highly recommended! Very knowledgeable staff, provided great insight into the equipment I was interested in. The product I purchased wasn't in stock but I still bought from decks and waited because their customer service was way better than everyone else I spoke to.
