Great speedy service, received product on time and as described.

Excellent service. I ordered speakers which were out of stock at the supplier and Decks called me every couple of weeks to fill me in on the current status. Very helpful & provided alternatives if I wasn't happy with the wait

I bought a bundle of from decks. Speakers came in the post following day great. But then had to wait 2 and a half weeks for the cables and speakers stand to come through the post but never did. So that means I've no ways of finding out if any of the speakers where working or not. I had to go back to the shop and waste more petrol and time, to get the cables myself and ask about the speakers stand, and spend more extra money for the cables. So finally when I got the cables for the speakers, found out one of the speakers wasn't working! So had to wait another 2 working days for a replacement speakers. But when dealing with there staff concerning my speakers they weren't very helpful, actually one of the staff was very rude he actually hanged up on me whilst on the phone with him. I find decks a very bad experience and will never shop there again!

I ordered an item which was "next-day deliver", had to wait 2 weeks, and still chasing them by phone because the item was never sent to my address.
The guy laugh when he heared me upset and complaining. He said: oohh yeah,you were the next on the list!

So unprofessional, will never buy at decks.

Knowledgeable staff and quick delivery. There was a slight hitch with the online stock notifications, suppliers fault, but after speaking to staff, managed to find a suitable alternative with no extra hassle, which was then posted straight away. All round 5 stars.

Decks literally has every piece of gear you need for your set up. Really helpful staff, always fast and usually free delivery. Never had a single problem
