extremely poor service - order 222196

first time purchaser ...ordered/paid for 1 item on 8/12/16 having been persuaded on price. i received a call the following day saying no stock although should have in next few days. By the 16/12/16 i hear nothing so i call back to which I'm told stock due in today and that I will receive an automatic email confirming despatch. 19/12/16 - no email - called decks at 10am on 19/12/16 spoke to ed who confirmed no stock arrived on due date. Order cancelled ... no future advocacy or repeat business ..
