Brilliant Customer Service!

This is the second time I have bought off decks.Co. UK and they have been aa excellent retailer. Items received within 48 hrs was well packaged and exactly as ordered. Would be a pleasure to purchase from again.

i ordered three stylus and got two, so i thought i was not billed for the item and then my statement came. this shows that i pay for the item and a no show on the rest of my order, thinking item out of stock. so i wait until the item available. so looking on line to see and now showing it is available i wonder and now i have to call to find out how or what is happening.

Really good communication and exceeded expectations on delivery of out of stock items - or would have done if the courier service had not let them down...

Working in supply chain for a global player in the consumer and healthcare space I know you are only as good as your weak link which for Decks is UK Mail - Decks are great but if the order does not arrive the customer feels bad.

Good quality equipment good prices and good service

Can't find any faults here, I'm extremely happy with my order and the staff are great too. Emailed at night needing to change my delivery type, staff phoned me the following morning and got it all sorted out swiftly with no hassles. Will use again when the time comes

The customer service was amazing. . The shop had closed but they continued to assist me with my questions and my purchase, up to 30 minutes after closing.
