Bonjour,
Une baisse de pression du circuit de chauffage est apparue sur ma chaudière à condensation "MCR 24/28 MI" âgée de 13 ans. Après avoir changé le ballon du vase d'expansion, le chauffagiste a incriminé le bloc de chauffe et m'a conseillé de changer la chaudière.
La nouvelle "MCR 24/28 MI Plus" a fonctionné 1/2h puis a affiché l'erreur E05, nécessitant un rappel du chauffagiste et le réglage du brûleur. Puis elle a fonctionné 12h et la même erreur est apparue. Les électrodes et le transformateur d'allumage ont alors été changées (Sur une chaudière neuve, on croit rêver). L'installateur m'a dit que c'était dû à mon circuit électrique sur lequel il y une tension de 2V entre la terre et le neutre. Etant persuadé qu'une telle petite tension doit exister dans la majorité des habitations, je déconseille fortement d'acheter ce type de chaudière.

Avoid de dietrich products if you can. We bought a house that had integrated appliances from de dietrich and have had nothing but trouble for 18 months.
Firstly, the combi oven just did not heat at all about 50% of the time. It was under warranty so, after a long argument, they agreed to replace it. 4 months later we were told someone would come to replace it. Told he was coming in the morning, on his way, etc. and he arrived a few hours late.
When it was replaced, it appeared to work OK. After using the oven about 5 times, and less than 2 weeks after replaced, the new glass turntable broke in half while we were using it. The service agent, who are a nightmare to deal with by the way, refused to replace it as glass parts are not covered by the warranty and, as it was integrated, we have no consumer protection.
The last thing De Dietrich offer is the "trouble free life" that they claim to.

After just over two years, the inner frame that supports the hinge from the door has sheered off, and the door no longer opens/closes properly, hangs on one side (as if made to fail just out of warranty).
Also have a dishwasher purchased at the same time, starting to make noises, will likely be replacing this soon too.
Stay clear of this brand, rubbish products.

We kitted out our new kitchen with top of the range microwave, oven, induction hob and extractor, they looked a million dollars when installed. After one year the hob glass broke (our fault) ordered at our expense a replacement, duly fitted. After a month a crack appeared on the new induction hob, ordered a replacement only to be told the product was no longer current and no spares were available, started legal action with retailer who settled out of court and gave us a new Neff hob. The extractor associated with the hob were now no longer functional. Replaced extractor for another make. Now three years on the oven developed a fault and the fan would not work. We didn't have the stomach to argue so we replaced with an electrolux. The products bought cost over £3k, now we only have the microwave left and that has no light as nobody has been able to advise how to replace the light! Di Dietrich STAY WELL CLEAR!

Comically bad hob. It turns itself off on a whim in the middle of cooking. Maybe it has some idea of what it’s doing, but I’m the cook, thank you very much. I have to keep turning burners on again in the middle of cooking, due to this mysterious self turn off feature. Whoever designed this hob is pursuing a revenge fantasy on cooks.

I won’t go here again.
Horizon Induction. We bought “Top of the range” “excellent quality” “latest technology”. In 3 years we have had one induction unit replaced under warrantee. Now another is on the way out, and it switches itself off every 15 minutes, will not respond to touchpad commands and I have to reset at the fuse box to make it work. Every 15 minutes. I’ve been waiting to hear back now for over a month. I’ve requested repair or replacement under the extended warrantee I took (thank god !) and have heard nothing back fro De Dietrich. How much longer will I have to wait? 3 years is NOT the lifespan of something costing over €1000. Plus the 2 more years on the extended warranted at €150 Really uneven heating too. It will boil the water in the middle of a €200 induction pan while I can stick my finger in luke warm water at the outside of the same pan. Not impressed. And still waiting to hear from De Dietrich.

In Hong Kong, this company targets building developers by selling poor quality products at very high RRP and then giving huge discounts (back to normal prices) IF the developer kits out their new apartment block with their products. For out home, these awful kitchen products are 8 years old only and have all started to mysteriously go wrong. E.g. the LCD touch panel for the oven stopped working, and what a surprise only cost 400 EUROS REPLACE. Anyone cyncical might think they had programmed in 'planned obselesance' so the panel specifically stopped working after so many uses/years..... (My neighbours panel also stopped working at a similar time).

Sadly we have a recurring hinge problem with our 7574 oven, the first fixed under warranty but the second at 27 months just outside. This looks to be design weakness which is a pity because we like this product a lot. We also have a DD combi oven, plate warmer and 5 ring induction hob (our second replacing one we bought in 2004). These products are working very well for us. Sadly we can't afford £160 and weeks waiting for hard-to-get parts every 12 months or so. We will now have to replace the oven.

Nous avons fait installer une PAC de Dietrich il y a 18mois elle est déjà en défaut !!!
Bien sûr nous sommes en hiver et les dépannages prennent plusieurs jours !
Lors de la mise en service par un technicien agréé par la marque il nous a vendu un contrat d'entretien.
A la fin de la première année cette entreprise c'est déplacée et au final, faute d'un agrément pour monter sur un toit terrasse ils n'ont pas pu procéder à l'entretien !!
De Dietrich accorde des agréments sans aucune vérification du professionnalisme de ces entreprises dédiées à l'entretien !!!
Aujourd'hui notre PAC est en défaut, le compresseur est bouillant, et lorsque nous les avons contacté ils n'ont su que nous dire qu'ils s'en lave les mains même si elle est encore sous garantie !!!
En gros ils vendent du mauvais matériel, n'assurent pas leur garantie pièces et main d'oeuvre et nous renvois vers des entreprises dédiées à l'entretien qui, soit sont trop loin et ne veulent pas se déplacer,soit n'ont même pas tous les agréments !!!!
Nous ne recommandons pas du tout cette marque !!!

Just purchased an oven DOP6567DG which proved faulty on professional installation. It is thought to be dangerous as does not regulate, just keeps increasing in temperature.
I contacted the suppliers who advised I should get in touch with De Dietrich. Despite wanting a replacement as my oven is unusable, I have been given a service appointment in 10 days time. All messages & emails remain unanswered. AVOID THIS BRAND AT ALL COSTS. They are not the reliable brand I once knew & trusted.

Don't buy this washing machine. The clothes had an ordor and after using the dryer function, my brand new pleat skirt is ruined. To add to my woes, my washing machine have a burnt smell now. Too problematic for a product that should be working.

We have the DOP1160B multifunction pyroclean main oven with ICS function. Have had it for about 4 years now. Absolutely no problems, great oven. Has built in rotisserie and use the ICS function to spit roast chicken to perfection. Also have DME1145B combination microwave / grill / convection oven built in above. We have DeDietrich 5 burner gas hob on black glass and DeDietrich s/steel chimney hood. It's a bit noisy on full power but then it's 800m3 / hour extraction which is pretty good. We'll pleased with all. No breakdowns as yet......

Purchased new built in micro through AO.COM and had it delivered and installed, switched on and tried it and turn table not working.

Contacted AO.COM and they advised that we would have to contact De Dietrich directly to have it repaired.... well I have registered the appliance and tried to contact the warranty department to have it repaired or replaced to no avail... still trying here now after one hour and no luck, confused staff, service centre handling multiple manufacturers causing more confusion and the lines keep dropping out.... this is the worst service ever, AO are passing the buck and De Dietrich are uncontactable, should have went to John Lewis.

DO NOT BUY DE DIETRICH!!!!

Appalling aftercare and no customer service!!

£1,000 induction hob broke down within 6 months, ie STILL WITHIN THE 12 MONTH WARRANTY PERIOD .

3 engineer's visits and 6 weeks later, still without a hob.

De Dietrich are not contactable and nobody will take responsibility for the faulty product - they use an appalling aftercare service called 0800Repairs / UK Warranty. This company is impossible to do business with (their response time to calls & emails makes you wonder how they are still in business), they leave you on hold for ages, no-one will give you a definitive answer or a timeframe, empty promises have been given to escalate the complaint but nothing gets done, the list is endless.

Never again will I buy a De Dietrich product. Avoid at all costs.

UPDATE: Following posting this review and De Dietrich's generic response below, I called the number (again) and have been told (again) that it will be investigated.
Let's see if this time is any different!

This is the worst brand of home appliance you can have. I moved into an apartment in Hong Kong where the development furnished the whole kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, washer dryer and gas hob from this brand.
None of this work as they described in their user manual.
1. Fridge-freezer: it claims to be frost free but instead the back of the fridge is always full of small ice drops which decrease 1/3 the space of each shelf plus poor insulation.

2. Microwave: Neutral comment

3. Washer dryer: claims with sensor technology in clothes drying but in fact never being useful. It takes 3hr 30mins to dry 5 kg of clothes on it’s auto mode resulting in nothing but over drying. Also their washing cycle is super long, it’s not efficient at all.

4. Gas hob: the tempered glasses shattered once when I first moved in for 2 months, got a replacement from them but engineer installation is poor, one of my hob is loose from my counter top. It is weird that single burner and double burner from the same series got installed differently, one require electricity connection while one only need battery. Grated and caps got scratched easily when I was cleaning with dish soap and Teflon safe scorch sponge.

5. Cooker hood: grease filter is flimsy, extraction is poor with high pitch noise.

Very disappointed and it’s completely waste of money plus time to deal with their customer service / distributer.

If I could leave zero stars I would......Utterly disgusting customer service.
The motor in a kitchen extractor fan melted and would have caught fire had my some not noticed some smoke coming out of the hood.... had we gone to bed I dread to think what the consequences would have been.
Nobody will take responsibility of this faulty product. I have been told it is not their responsibility as I purchased the unit before the current Uk distributor took over and the main group company have told me they are not obliged to do anything and i should get it fixed myself..... I am furious as its not broken ...it melted and nearly caught fire...this could have killed somebody and they DO NOT CARE..... AVOID THIS COMPANY

After being without an oven over Christmas,it took them a month to fix an 18 month old oven that had worn out the door hinge mechanism!, I was delighted to see the steam oven,warming drawer and fan oven replaced with a decent make today
The product is crap as is the customer service. Avoid at all costs

Their heating systems are crap as well.

Engie home services in France have admitted they don’t know why the heating system doesn’t work. We know of another family who had to junk their very expensive De dietrich gas heater and install a new one. We suspect we will have to do the same.

The De Dietrich Table Induction Hob was our first induction hob and we have been very pleased.
We particularly like the boil function and the choice of 4 burners or 2 burners and the Duozone
It is easy to clean and we appreciate the safety elements such as the auto-stop system

We had a new De Dietrich induction hob installed in June 2019. Within 24 hours 2 of the 5 rings stopped working. It took nearly 2 months to be repaired. On October 10 the whole hob stopped working and we are still waiting for a replacement. The UK distributors, AB Distributors of Dublin, say that the warranty does not include installation of the new hob. E U Law states that the seller is responsible for removal of faulty appliances and the installation of the replacement.
It is my wife's 70th birthday on the 21st December with 11 people coming for a meal. We then have Christmas and we have no hob. But do De Dietrich or AB Distributors care? Not one Jot!
Their customer service is non-existent.
