Customer service non existant!
I have made numerous phone calls over the last several months to various companies all of whom gave me other numbers to phone as they are no longer associated with De Deitrich. Drew a blank at last phone number, no response whatsoever! Is there anyone out there who can do a maintenance on my double oven and overhead extractor fan?

Do not buy Dedietrich
Four out our five Dedietrich appliances which we bought with a new kitchen had problems in less than two years. After care service is poor.

Hopeless customer service and engineer could do with a lesson in PR
I have a Fagor dishwasher with five year guarantee, who De Dietrich cover the warranty, well my machine went wrong and have waited nearly 4 weeks to fix. Engineer accused me of bending the door out of shape over the phone, this was not the case the spring had broken and shattered the runner in the process so door could not be closed. Parts department close for two week Christmas break, its alright for some. So not parts ordered a week after they came back, all in all one hopeless company, stay well clear of.

de dietrich be warned
This company has no customer service skills whatsoever. I have an induction hob which is just over two years old and useless(just out of garantee) the price I paid I thought it might have lasted a little longer. When I telephoned the company the response was, hard luck it will cost you £177 for us to come and look at it. I don't think so I'll buy a new one first and rest assured it will not be de dietrich. If you search reviews on google you will find other complaints like this. Dreadful company
