We are absolutely delighted with our worktops from Dekrastone.

Our renovation project has been delayed repeatedly due to poor workmanship from builders, making it an incredibly stressful experience. Throughout it all, Dekrastone have been patient, professional and understanding. Unfortunately, building work had to be rectified after the initial template, meaning we needed a second templating visit. Dekrastone were very flexible and accommodating despite the ongoing delays and changes.

There was a slight issue with one of the upstands during fitting, but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. The quality of the finished work is excellent, with superb edges and almost invisible joins.

Pricing was competitive, but this renovation has taught us that quality workmanship and good customer service are worth paying for. Dekrastone delivered both and have been one of the best companies we've dealt with throughout this project.

Great service from start to finish, staff arrived & measured the area for worktop with no issues, checked with Customer with what they were looking for and advised and kept up to date with info of stock & when coming to fit worktop. Fitted/Installed with no issues and great finish, excellent quality of work surface fitted ( On behalf of Mr Forrest).Really pleased with the service and professional manner from workmen ,no issues and would highly recommend.

Fantastic company to deal with from start to finish. Initial contact through survey and finally installation, and every little bit of detail was followed up and the quality of the work was outstanding. Still cant believe they managed to carry that breakfast bar up 2 flights of stairs.

We got quartz worktops and back splash from decrastone for our new kitchen.
The sales assistant was very knowledgeable and also showed us a full slab of our chosen quartz.
The man who did the templating for us was excellent and suggested some things to us, he clearly did a great job as they fit perfectly.
The fitters also did a great job, so much so our kitchen fitter was extremely impressed by the finished product and asked us who had done it.
All round excellent experince and workmanship. Very pleased.

The staff were helpful from the start of the process; from the first enquiry through to the agreement to purchase. I would say they were straight forward to deal with. The guy who came to measure for the worktop was careful, thorough and very detailed. Those who came to fit the worktop worked hard and carefully - spent time getting it right. I would also like to take this opportunity to recommend Dekton worktop as I have proved it to be resistant to stains, heat and scratches.

I went to Dekra stone due to recommendations from a few people, I am glad I did. From the moment I walked in the show room the staff were all so helpful. Emma assisted me through the whole process, listening to what I wanted and being very prompt with quotes and changes that I made. I didn’t feel under any pressure to make decisions in a hurry. No sales pressure, which is refreshing.

Kris came to template and gave recommendations due to the layout of the kitchen.

Then the installation, the guys were very quick and extremely pleasant.

The whole process from start to finish was fantastic. It was done quicker than I expected as well which was fabulous. I would highly recommend!

As part of our new kitchen installation we had Dekrastone fit our stunning quartzite worktop.
The guys were professional, polite, friendly and a pleasure to have in our home.
The finishing on the joins and sealant are first class.

Amazing people to work with. From the moment I walked into the showroom at Glasgow the help I received from Emma was amazing. Even though I had soo much delay in my extension project but the help I have received from Dekrastone was unparalleled. All the help , support & customer service from choosing my worktops for kitchen , WC , & open plan living area all done by Dekrastone. Anyone walks in & loves it. Their work is really professional & prices are really good to o & not to mention the amazing team behind all the work.

Our replacement worktops are first class, with attention being given to matching the worktop pattern at the joins and on the returns up the walls.

We had excellent service throughout. All staff we engaged with (showroom, office, templater and fitters) were pleasant, friendly and professional, taking time to discuss all aspects.

Just had quartz installed by dekrastone and could not fault them at all from start to finish. The whole process was a pleasure, from dealing with Kayleigh and Lyndsay from the showroom who were always on hand to answer any of my questions, to the seamless templating process and finally the installation, which was done to a fantastic standard. The installation team also gave lots of great information on how to properly look after your quartz and were on hand for any other questions I had. Overall a fantastic experience and would highly recommend!
