The process went really smoothly. When I turned up at their showroom they were really helpful, the fitting process couldn’t have been better and they did a superb job. Can definitely recommend

Our replacement worktops are first class, with attention being given to matching the worktop pattern at the joins and on the returns up the walls.

We had excellent service throughout. All staff we engaged with (showroom, office, templater and fitters) were pleasant, friendly and professional, taking time to discuss all aspects.

I would highly recommend this company.

Very positive experience from start to finish with Dekrastone. All members of staff we encountered were friendly , helpful and communicated effectively with us. Quality product and craftsmanship at competitive price. No hesitation to recommend and hope to use again in future for other home renovations.

We are delighted with our worktop supplied and fitted by Dekrastone. The sales team were very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with, never putting any pressure on us to buy. The fitters arrived on time and did a great job. It was very easy to communicate with the company and we were kept up to date throughout. A great job and a great company to deal with. Just had quartz installed by dekrastone and could not fault them at all from start to finish. The whole process was a pleasure, from dealing with Kayleigh and Lyndsay from the showroom who were always on hand to answer any of my questions, to the seamless templating process and finally the installation, which was done to a fantastic standard. The installation team also gave lots of great information on how to properly look after your quartz and were on hand for any other questions I had. Overall a fantastic experience and would highly recommend!

From first visit to installation, a great company to deal with. All staff were highly professional throughout the journey. The template took time with us to discuss our needs and the fitters fitted everything to perfection! We are absolutely delighted with our new kitchen worktops/table/splashbacks. We did have an issue with the table top which had a flaw, but this was resolved by Dekrastone/Cosentino. Would not hesitate to recommend this company. Our kitchen definitely has the WOW factor, Thank you Dekrastone!

From the first visit to Dekrastone we were given excellent customer service and care which enabled us to trust in the whole process of choosing the stone for our kitchen worktops to templating and fitting. All staff involved were so helpful and advised us at every stage on the whole process. 5 stars plus! The boys even travelled 180 miles to do the job, setting off very early to begin work not long after 6am in the morning. All we can say is a massive Thank You to Dekrastone.

Absolutely love my new worktops, the quality is fabulous. Sales staff were exceptionally helpful. Had some problems with the fitting, which were resolved.

Dekra Stone are superb to deal with from initial quote to arranging template and fitting, the office team keep on top of all communications and enquiries. Fair pricing too!

Just had my Dekton fitted and couldn't recommend Dekrastone highly enough. There communication was great, gave a better price than others I had received without knowing what the quote was and more importantly the end result was perfect. Can't recommend highly enough.

From the initial phone call to enquire about the trillium stone ,we delt with Emma . Emma was very knowledgeable and we were happy to go ahead with our order . Chris was fantastic he came out and measured for the stone . Then day of fitting Graham & work colleague (can’t remember his name ) turned up and got on with the fitting . Very happy with the workmanship couldn’t fault it from start to finish. Would definitely recommend to friends & family

Great experience from start to finish. Excellent showroom with huge variety of products that would suit most budgets. Friendly and warm welcome and massively knowledgable help from Lyndsay. Measuring and fitting appointment went smoothly by well trained and clearly highly competent individuals.

Decided to write this review based on our experience with Dekrastone, We were passed on to Ivan Dunlop via our Kitchen supplier, on our factory visit we were shown various quartz worktop slabs and Ivan told us he had a fabulous offer on a stocked item that was limited stock and would do an discount of around £2k on our quote.
The following week we received our quote via Lyndsay as Ivan was on holiday, we were very surprised at the amount quoted as we had figures from two other suppliers based on the same sizes spec and product.
I thought at first that Lyndsay had forgot to offer the discount Ivan promised, we asked and were told this was including the discount.....Wow.
We decided to wait and speak to Ivan on his return from holiday, on his return he called me to chat about the quote and I said I thought the offer was way to expensive Ivan asked me what Id been quoted from our other supplier and to my dismay.... without blinking dropped another £1750.00 off the quote, this angered me and I said no deal just return my £500 deposit this was agreed but 5 minutes later he called agin to say he could drop another £250.00 off the quote to beat my other offer. sorry, not how to do business with customers. we took our business elsewhere and got exactly the same product several thousand pounds cheaper. Warning to customers make sure you shop around before you part with your hard earned cash.

From the our first visit, we were given excellent service and advice from Emma.
Chris, measured the worktop area and was very efficient and friendly, also the fitters were very good - all in all , they were a great team.
