Very friendly, geat service, and very happy with the end product. Only issue was with a cut out size but it was resolved swiftly.

What a great experience from start to finish. The showroom staff are lovely, very knowledgeable. No delays getting a quote in different materials and very responsive to any questions. Kris was amazingly detailed at the templating visit and understood exactly what we wanted. The fitters took so much care over the finish and the one seam we had to have looks invisible. The Dekton worktop is stunning and the complex curves turned out perfect. Highly recommended.

Really helpful in trying to help me narrow down the right choice for our worktops in our new kitchen. Incredibly flexible with dates for fitting and arranging these around the rest of the build. Fitting was professionally done to a high standard. Worktops are beautiful and I am incredibly pleased with the result.

We purchased our worktops in the Glasgow branch. From start to finish, Emma was extremely helpful and patient in explaining the different options. We're so delighted with our worktops from Dekrastone, they have made the kitchen. From our first visit, Emma was so helpful in explaining the different options and edging finishes so we were able to make a really informed decision and were aware of the additional costs to certain finishes.

We had planned to use the worktop material to create the splashback for our sink and I'm so glad we went with Dekra as their templaters were fantastic and talking through the shapes and what would suit the space allowing us to choose a shape and size of splashback and looks great and works perfectly. It felt like a big decision to pick a shape based on something you'd seen online and having the options worked up on their tech in the room with us was so helpful and helped us feel confident in the decision.

Service wise, we were updated throughout the whole process and Dekra were really good about moving our templating dates out due to building works over running so really appreciated that.

Everyone we dealt with from Emma, the templaters and the fit team were great and I'd highly recommend them.

Great service from start to finish, few hiccups but were promptly sorted by Ivan and the team, a testament to their exceptional customer service. I am beyond thrilled with my new worktops. I went for Carrara Quartz with a waterfall edge. The quality of the material, precision templating and fit was exceptional as was the Customer Service and communication throughout. Would highly recommend!

Really happy with our new countertop. From the attentive service when in the showroom helping us select the product and finish we wanted through to the templating and installation the service was outstanding. Would recommend anyone to use Dekrastone for their new kitchen.

Excellent service and company- very pleased with end product and how worktops set off my kitchen. Managed a number of kitchen renovations over the past few years and the stone from Dekra seems to be very high quality compared to previous. You get what you pay for!

Staff at showroom all very helpful, giving me samples to try. Constant checking in with dates etc. measuring and fitting were both ahead of schedule which I was delighted about (thanks Emma)!

Great professional service once again. Start to finish the staff were brilliant, they helped us design and finish our Kitchen to a high standard. I would recommend this Company to any tradesman, client or customers.
