Very happy with our worktop. The service from start to finish was first class, they were able to supply, measure and fit within a short time scale due to being let down elsewhere. Would definitely recommend.

Dekrastone installed the granite worktop in our new kitchen. Both the templating team and the team that installed the worktop were efficient, helpful and careful and obviously took pride in providing a high standard of service.

We are so happy with our new worktops! It’s completely transformed our kitchen. The team at Dekrastone were patient and very helpful advising us throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

A big thank you to the team at Dekrastone for turning our great new kitchen into a fantastic one with their top quality Tuscan Calacatta Gold Quartz worktops, upstands and hob splash-back. Right from the start, Lyndsay and Emma patiently helped us make the right choice of product and prices were good too. The installation team of Kristaps and Mariusz made such a professional finish to the fitting and made sure everything was to our satisfaction.
Everyone we had dealings with was friendly, professional and the fitters took great care whilst in our home.
Excellent communication all through the buying and installation processes was very reassuring too - we're glad we chose Dekrastone and we cant recommend them highly enough . . .

Absolutely nothing was too much trouble for them.
I am not the easiest customer in the world to please, they were only too happy to accommodate me.

We recently purchase a new kitchen and had to decide on what tops to get. We were recommended to Dekrastone by the kitchen designer and we were glad that we took their advice.
We picked new work tops with the help and the Dekrastone team and ironed out any potential problems that they could foresee, right from the start. The templating folks were excellent and the new worktops are a dream.
The kitchen itself is lovely, but the worktops just give it that special edge and look so elegant. Thanks to everyone, from start to finish, which was so professionally carried out. So glad we visited the showroom and the folks there are extremely knowledgeable and friendly.

First class service from start to finish. Called Emma in sales and made arrangements to go to see factory. Lots of stones to choose from. Ordered, measured by Michael and fitted following week by Michael and Graham. Nothing a bother for any of the staff would highly recommend them and excellent price.

Lovely product. From sales to fitting - the whole journey was efficient and the staff all very helpful and pleasant. I am very pleased.

The Dekrastone showroom is reassuringly accessible, with plenty of products on display (we also picked our flip over socket based on the first visit). From the outset, Lyndsay was very knowledgeable and helpful, and suggested that we return with colour samples to ensure that we were making the best choice. Timescales all advised in advance, and the cost remained true to the estimate with no hidden charges. We did add another countertop during the template visit, but as this could fit within the original slab, cost was minimal. The template guy (Chris?) was very particular and accurate, giving advice on a couple of pre-existing issues with the kitchen to allow these to be optionally rectified before the fitment date. The installation team were very good and when a minor issue was advised, they returned within 24hours to rectify this. Highly recommended

From our first visit to the showroom to the finished product we have been impressed.
Emma spent loads of time helping us pick our worktops and thereafter the finer details.
Nothing was a problem and a quick turnaround from templating to fitting.

We recently had our silestone Et Statuario worktop fitted from Dekrastone team. We are absolutely delighted with it, it compliments our kitchen perfectly. Thank you to Emma for putting up with us and rearranging our appointments as we had to delay our original fitting date. Would highly recommend!

From start to finish the staff were both helpful and honest. The overall service was excellent and the fitting and finished product looks wonderful. I’d highly recommend the company… you won’t be disappointed

Having recently moved into a new house, we were looking to upgrade the kitchen worktop. Thankfully, when researching how best to add a marble/quartz style countertop, we were recommended Dekrastone.

In visiting their showroom we met with Emma who offered some great advice and showed us some possible options. She helped us decide on our choice colour and explained that this could be fitted to our kitchen counter, splashback and island.
Emma also helped as we opted to extend the kitchen island, creating a breakfast bar area.

This was then measured, designed and cut before our fitting date was confirmed. The whole process took a little over two weeks from start to finish.

We also have to highlight both Michael and Graeme who came to do the final installation. Both were really helpful and professional throughout, while delivering a great service.

Can't rate the team at Dekrastone highly enough.

The whole process was stress-free, professional and seamless. Nothing was any trouble.
Lyndsay in the show room, was very approachable and knowledgeable and Emma who arranged fitting for us- nothing was a bother even when we decided on additions.
Kris who templated, was professional and very thorough and was happy to answer any questions. And finally Graham and Mariusz were professional and very polite. Everything was done to perfection and I am over the moon with everything!

Emma and Lindsay looked after us very well during the sales process and on site Michael and the young chap with him have done a super job with the install. Thanks very much. Happy to recommend.
