Professional service right from the initial enquiry to the fitting. Good communication and staff turned up as scheduled. The worktop was expensive but it is very well fitted and looks great.

So happy with our quartz worktops. The staff at Derkastone were so helpful advising on the worktop that would look best in our kitchen. The fitters were amazing too. Turned up when they said they would to template and install. The worktops were installed in no time at all and the finish was perfect. Thank you for finishing off our kitchen to an extremely high standard!

Customer service has been second to none. From when we visited the showroom to templating and fitting. Nothing was too much bother and was so happy they could bring my dates forward as the kitchen was fitted earlier than expected.

Excellent service provided by Dekrastone. From the first discussions at their office where the staff were very welcoming to our in depth discussions with Ivan who took us through the process of choosing which type of kitchen worktop was exceptional. Good attention to detail and a quick initial quote. Very approachable and Dekrastone were very happy to take phone calls and keep in touch re templating and installation, both of which went very well with Kriss and then Graham showing great attention to detail, open to discussion and question’s throughout and displayed a high level of professionalism and attention to detail. Nothing was too difficult and we felt we were in good hands.
Thanks to all at Dekrastone, we are delighted with our Fugen Quartz worktop which has transformed our kitchen.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. Emma & Lyndsay in the office were so helpful & friendly when trying to decide what I wanted. There was no pressure after they gave us a quote and we chose them in the end because they were simply the most personalised and interested in our plans. The install was quick, clean and the guys were great! We had a small issue with the size of the cut-out for the hob, and Emma sent the guys straight back out next day no-fuss, and it was sorted in 20mins. I always rate a company by how they handle an issue, not the issue itself. Really happy and would really recommend

I’ve just had my worktop fitted this afternoon. The guys arrived at the exact time they told me they would, worked away at fitting the stone worktop and gave me no hassle. They were very knowledgable and explained all the do’s and dont’s before they left. They were very polite and tidied up before they left. Love my worktop.

Brilliant experience from start to finish. We chose Dekrastone for many reasons, but mainly the level of professionalism and value for money. From the staff at the showroom helping choose a worktop, to the pre-fitting contact to the template, to lastly the fitters today! Fantastic customer care, kept in the loop and a beautiful worktop expertly fitted. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Dekrastone fitted our worktop in our kitchen 5 years ago. They also fitted out utility 1 year ago, hence no issue recommending a fitting for our daughters first flat.

The shpwroom having been updated, made the experience even easier, in, chat to specialists, define the ask, grab a coffee, pay the deposit and go.

Thereafter the appointment for templating, as it should be , is very thorough, which is why the fitting less than one week later goes seamlessly.
