The staff at Dekrastone are lovely. Emma and Lyndsay were always helpful. They helped us choose the right stone for our kitchen and we absolutely love it.
I was not there for the fitting but my builder was there to oversee it. There was an error in the window ledge measurement but that was rectified quickly with a replacement.
When I did speak with the fitter he was very polite and gave me good advice on how to look after my new worktop.
I would recommend Dekrastone.

As our forever kitchen we had one chance for perfection but a visit to the showroom instilled confidence with answers and reassurance from Lyndsay followed by a seamless journey to installation via Emma's ready communication and of course the efficient fitters with impressive precision and finish to our Aeris Dekton worktops.

This was a model experience which others will struggle to emulate. I am pleased, my wife is elated....what's not to like?

Dekrastone came highly recommended to me by a friend, following recommendations by other mutual friends who had also used them. My old, dated and dull kitchen has been completely transformed. I picked Dekton worktops which in my opinion are the main feature of the new kitchen. Everyone coming in simply say WOW and ask who fitted them. So glad I visited the showroom. Guy and Emma’s advice and help was amazing and the guys fitting them were highly entertaining into the bargain! Worth every penny 😊

We have just had our Dekton Trillium worktops and upstands fitted and we are delighted. The product is fabulous and looks stunning in our new kitchen. The team at Dekrastone were brilliant to work with from start to finish. All of the staff have been professional and friendly. Emma and Lindsay in the showroom were extremely helpful and took lots of time with us to chose the right product and were great at keeping us informed throughout the project. Chris was very thorough in carrying out the templating and the fitting team were very efficient and friendly. Overall an exceptional service and I have no hesitation in recommending Dekrastone.

From the moment i stepped into the Dekrastone showroom, the team couldn't have been any more welcoming or helpful. They were happy to spend time discussing the best options for my new kitchen & costing up the job. My new worktops were fitted today and the team were friendly, polite and did an excellent job. I'm so delighted. I had looked elsewhere for a comparable quote and the difference in service and courtesy between the other company and Dekrastone was like night & day. We are absolutely delighted with our Dekton Opera worktops and splashback giving the perfect finish to our new kitchen. The whole team at Dekrastone have been super from the initial quotes worked through with Lyndsay and Emma, Kristaps expertise on the templating and Michael and the fit team after a bit of a delay working through to get everything fitted and looking spot on. Would definitely recommend.

My journey into the world of quartz worktops started with Lyndsay and Emma at Dekrastone who were excellent throughout. They have such a pleasant, non pushy manner and make you feel confident you’re in good hands. Nothing was a problem despite me having issues with my own joiner during the renovation of my home. Kriss was meticulous in ensuring the templating was done to the highest standard and clearly knew his stuff. He goes over everything in fine detail to ensure it will all work to provide a perfect finish. On the day of fitting Michael and Graham phoned to say they were on their way. They made a first class job of fitting the worktop and knew exactly what they were doing. Really great, traditional service where the customer is at the heart of what they all do. Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great worktop with great service.

From the first call I had with Dekrastone right through to the stone being fitted, they have been a joy to deal with. Their friendly, experienced staff deliver the best customer service. Nothing was a bother, even when I changed my mind several times.
