Contacted company and very quickly was arranged for someone to come and measure. Very pleased with service professional, helpful and quick turnaround from order to fit. Very pleased with finished product.

We have used Dekrastone on numerous occasion for our new build properties. We always have had an excellent service from all the staff, who are on hand to help with our queries, no matter how big or small.

We will continue to use Dekrastone for all future projects.

I went to Dekrastone Scotland for my kitchen worktop and backsplash. The entire process was made so easy, despite me moving installation dates three times it didn’t phase them at all. They were helpful throughout and I am delighted with the finished product beautifully installed turned up on time and looks awesome. I highly recommend them if your looking for great service and high quality products.

From start to finish the guys at Dekrastone have been amazing. We had loads of options to chose from and given lots of information. The turn around time was fantastic and the fitters Graham and Michael did a brilliant job. Everyone at Dekrastone were so pleasant and professional as well as delivering quality work!

From start to finish, dealing with all the staff in Dekrastone was an absolute pleasure. In-store we were treated with great courtesy and given plenty of time to make our decision.
We had our choice of worktop made and fitted within a week. The fitters (Michael and Graham) were amazing and extremely professional. We cannot praise the service we received high enough. Absolutely fantastic.

I’ve just had my worktop fitted this morning and am thrilled with the finished article. I can’t praise Dekrastone enough for their friendly and professional service. Everyone in the team that I dealt with were wonderfully helpful and patient, even although delays on my side meant it took more than a year from when I first went to see them to getting the worktop fitted! Lyndsay and Emma, Scott and Michael and Graham have all been brilliant and the finish is beautiful. Not to mention a much better price than anyone else I tried. We decided to remodel our large kitchen to a very high standard. The worktop was over 5m long and we want a fully matching 50cm splash-back. We hunted around and decided on Dekrastone. They came out and measured, built templates and provided plenty of very good advice, which was not about selling more stuff but a genuine desire to provide the best quality finish. Fitting was arranged within a few days of the worktop arriving in the UK and it fitted perfect first time and no issues. The hole process was quick and efficient without any pressure from sales people, a total joy to work with these guy.

Recently had my worktop/ breakfast bar supplied and fitted with dekrastone. Fantastic customer service from start to finish. Excellent workmanship and looks amazing. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company. I chose emerald breccia quartz haven’t regretted it 👍

Excellent service from start to finish. Glad we took our time with a couple of visits to the show room.
Lyndsay was very helpful and guided us through the process from start to finish. We took our time deciding on our final worktop layout as we were nervous about putting a heavy stone worktop on top of 15 + year old Ikea cabinets. We sent numerous photographs and queries which were answered promptly and with a "no problem attitude". We changed our minds about details several times and each time asked for repricing (version 8) was again no problem. Dekrastone worked with our appliance suppliers and fitters giving us confidence that the project would go smoothly which of course it did. Michael and Graham carried out the templating, offering us advice, reassured us about the final look and checked we were happy before arriving a week or so later to fit the worktop - again done very smoothly and professionally and as expected the finish was excellent.

We have been dealing with Dekrastone during an extensive kitchen refurbishment. Can't recommend them enough, professional, thorough and very approachable. All at an extremely competitive price. Both Michael and Graham who templated and fixed the countertop were extremely professional, affable and thorough. Good old fasion service, of which we see very little of these days.

Just finished renovating my kitchen and was delighted with the service provided by Dekrastone. Such a delight to deal with, very professional, responsive, friendly and fair. I had 4 worktops installed all with upstands, two with sink cut-outs and one of those was a 3 meter long L shape - boy was I nervous when that was being carried in. However, nothing at all to worry about, everything went like clockwork, all appointments met, no delays and quality of finish was exceptional. Well done Dekrastone and thank you.

We have just had 3 beautiful diamond white quartz worktops fitted for our kitchen. Scott could not have been more helpful on our initial visit to the showroom giving us great advice on what to choose. When our kitchen was installed Chris then came out to template our worktops and then to fit them less than a week later. He was hugely professional with an eye for detail. He even managed to give us the clean lines we wanted around our bay window area using upstands and fitting these to perfection. His attention to detail for silicon beading was second to none. We are over the moon with this high end service and our worktops and would happily recommend them on.

Fantastic service from the whole team at Dekrastone. Two things that stood out for me was the quality of the job and patience showed by Dekrastone during the whole process. Moved into a new build and the kitchen had issues. Already picked a stone but called them to put everything on hold. At no point was I pressured into progressing my order. I changed my stone and design several times and they were always willing and available to help. The moment I was ready to proceed, everything happened swiftly from templating to installation.
