Delugs is the real deal! I was hesitant when I first discovered this company and decided to order from them as they are located in another country overseas. I am so glad that I placed an order. I can honestly say that after probably dozens of orders at this point that Delugs makes fantastic,high quality watch straps and their communication and customer service is top notch! Have purchased many straps and clasps from Delugs and have been impressed. Delugs has awesome cut-to-size rubber straps for watches like the Black Bay 58, which pair nicely with their butterfly deployant clasps. They also have nice leather straps. I like their glossy alligator straps…especially in the Lagoon Blue color…currently out of stock, so hopefully they eventually get more in. This evening I had a bit of an issue with their website and used the chat to speak with an assistant. They were very helpful in understanding the problem and resolving it. Excellent products and service. Cheers.

Love the strap quality! Have several straps for various watches and always get compliments on them. The customer service is also top notch. I ordered the wrong strap and they were very quick to help me get it returned.

So far they have been great. My first order was very fast. I made a mistake in order the wrong size. I emailed them asked to send me a new one out which I paid for. They responded very quickly in an email and I am now waiting on my second strap. Thank you again.

Ordered two watch straps (sailcloth and Nubuck). The Nubuck strap is fantastic: buttery soft and looks great. The sailcloth strap didn't work out for the watch I intended it for but the customer service team was very responsive and made initiating a return easy.

I made a mistake on the delivery address and sent a request to change the address. Renz at Delugs responded within 30 minutes updating the delivery address and took care of my mistake.
