deVOL Kitchens レビュー

We could not be more impressed or grateful for the exceptional service we received from the team in Devol in relation to the kitchen, pantry and utility room in our new build in Norfolk. Josie’s design was immaculate and she was always available to provide advice and counsel. John managed the overall project superbly and was hugely professional and responsive at every step. The installation team were brilliant - charming, respectful and so experienced. We would not hesitate to recommend Devol or use the team again (which we will do). Aly & Ronan O’Sullivan, Heydon

I have taken some time to write this review, as I felt whatever I write will not be enough to convey how unbelievably brilliant this company is. Everyone in the organisation we came into contact with was friendly, professional, and helpful, and the quality and craftsmanship of the furniture and products they make is simply stunning.

We began our journey with DeVol when we visited Cotes Mill, which was a fabulous experience—I would certainly recommend doing this. We were greeted by our designer, Lucy, who came up with really exciting plans for our kitchen. Lucy took us around the Mill which had all the DeVol cabinetry, colours, worktops, handles etc—everything you could possibly want to see. We left with our plans, samples, and costs for the kitchen and the finishes we had selected. We left knowing that we wanted to proceed with an order.

We met our project manager, Ed, during the site survey, which went smoothly, and we set a date for delivery and installation. Lucy and Ed were always available at the end of the phone or email. We made several additions to our order and they answered all technical questions we had.

Our journey to achieving our dream kitchen was not an easy one—far from it. We had major errors with another company in the manufacture of our steel doors which hampered the whole project. However, we were fortunate to have Ed, who was so supportive and ensured that our kitchen would be ready whenever we were able to proceed. Luckily the day did arrive when our kitchen was installed. The fitting took 2 days and the installers were amazing. The quality of the cabinetry and their craftsmanship was off the scale. We were stunned by how the cabinets were made to fit the uneven walls with no filler in sight! We were left with a simply beautiful kitchen that has changed the way we live. It is timeless, elegant, and built to last a lifetime. One piece of DeVol furniture to go with the kitchen that we all love and I would recommend to everyone is the “bum” stool. They are beautifully crafted and as the lady in the TV series says, they are comfy—they certainly are!!

We want to say a very big thank you to everyone at DeVol, especially all the people we had contact with. To Lucy and Ed you were amazing! Thank you soo much. Sandra & Chris

From the moment I decided to renovate my kitchen, I knew I wanted something extraordinary—and DeVOL delivered beyond my wildest expectations. The entire process was seamless, from the initial consultation to the final installation.

Corbin, my designer, was nothing short of amazing. He took the time to truly understand my vision, adding thoughtful touches and expert advice that elevated the design to perfection. His attention to detail and creative flair brought my dream kitchen to life.

The quality of the craftsmanship is unmatched. Every piece feels solid, luxurious, and timeless. Even the packaging of the materials was impeccable, reflecting the care and professionalism DeVOL puts into every step.

This kitchen has transformed not just my home but how I feel in it—cooking, entertaining, and even just walking into the room now brings me so much joy. If you’re considering a kitchen renovation, look no further than DeVOL. Their team, especially Corbin, will ensure your vision is not only realized but exceeded.

Thank you, DeVOL, for creating a space I will treasure forever!

You Don’t need a Huge Budget to have a Devol Kitchen!!
Working with Devol was a great experience from start to finish. Right from the Initial Cotes Mill Design Consultation, through to the Site Survey and Installation day, every member of their team was Helpful and Professional and nothing was to much trouble.
Our Designer Jessica and Design Assistant Miranda interpreted our Wish List perfectly into the Layout and Design of our Modestly sized Cottage Kitchen.
They were happy to base the design around two existing Antique Furniture pieces that we already had. This meant that our Kitchen came in under budget and we were able to have a couple of bespoke sized cabinets made with Bespoke Internal Features (Oak Cutlery Insert, Spice Rack and Internal Drawer).
In the end we even used Devols Wall lights, Brass Rails and Handmade Emerald Green Tiles to complete our Scheme on a very reasonable Budget.
After some consideration we opted to use Devols Fitters for the Cabinetry and source our worktops locally. This proved to be perfect for us and Adam and Dalio from Devol were very experienced and knew the products inside out. Their attention to detail ensured that everything was perfect before they left.
We would not hesitate to recommend Devol to anyone who’s thinking of having a new kitchen. Their Designers are exceptional and their products are of exceptional quality and are definitely built to last.

We absolutely love our new kitchen and utility room by deVOL and had the best experience with the entire team! Our designer Hannah was so helpful every step of the way and although our utility room is tiny, the way she planned it turned out to be perfect. We can really use it now and on top of that it's really pretty. Our fitters were a dream to work with as was the entire team. Thank you so much deVOL!

An exceptional company, team and product. This was our 2nd DeVol kitchen, we knew what to expect and yet still DeVol exceeded our expectations on every level. Hannah and Steve were great and could not do enough to help us achieve our ambitions from the complexity of design down to regular check ins to ensure eveyrthing works perfectly. Their craftsmanship is second to none.

I installed a DIY utility of 5 units. From start to finish all Devol staff were exceptional, very pleasant and went above and beyond for such a small order.

The units are very well made and easy to fit, more so than other kitchen brands. Very much worth spending extra for units that will last 4-5 times that of a high street company.

Again, unlike other companies they checked in 6 months later to see everything was ok. I am sure if there was anything wrong, which there isn’t, they would do their best to fix it.

Can’t praise Devol enough.

The team where extremely responsive and helpful in repairing a door handle for our dishwasher which had broken after having had over 25 years of daily use.

Dear Katy, Ian and Lucy

Our kitchen project from start to finish has been an absolutely superb and really enjoyable experience with you guys at DeVol.

We are both so delighted with the end result and the way that we arrived there with no fuss, no problems and no disappointments. The design, the project management, the solutions and alternatives provided has been excellently executed. I include the delivery chaps who went out of their way to help us and handled all the units into our home with care and consideration.

Everything and everybody has been quite superb.

We would be very happy to use this as a recommendation should you require. We only wish we had another kitchen so we can do it all again in the future!

Quite an exceptional service all round. Thank you so much. You have all been quite brilliant.

No doubt we will be in touch for embellishments along the way.

In the meantime, we wish you all the best for the future until we talk again, which I sincerely hope that we do!

Fantastic experience with Katie at Clerkenwell showroom. Thank you for your help and professionalism.Love your kitchens !

Lovely design, exceptional quality, transparent pricing and value for money. Nothing was too much trouble for the designer, project management team and the fitters.

The centerpiece of our kitchen is our deVOL Creamware Rise and Fall Light. If you know anything about deVOL, you know it is hand crafted and meticulously designed, and I see and feel every bit of that with this piece now hanging in our small one bedroom Queens, NY apartment. It’s beautiful and like no other. We also had a slight install issue (cringe) from our (buyer) side, that was met promptly and rectified quickly by deVOL customer service. (Thank you, Cara!).

I am very happy with the customer service at Devol. I have recently had my kitchen renovated, keeping as much of the original parts as possible. Devol’s kitchens are inspirational and I have added lots of wonderful touches from the company including lighting, hanging rails, shelving brackets, painted items and platters. Everyday I look at these items and the overall effect and they always bring me joy!
Thank you Devol!

Our experience was brilliant from the day we visited the showroom to the day we installed. Our designer, Lucy Bedford, was full of clever ideas about how to maximise our space and was really generous with her advice and time. The quality of the cabinets, knobs and inserts exceeded expectations. They really are beautiful and made to last. Our carpenter was very impressed with the quality and the back up support from deVol. We had one issue with a knob and it was rectified quickly and without hassle. We love our kitchen and would happily use Devol again.

The designs are just amazing and exactly what we were looking for, which is the first thing that drew us to deVol. From the moment we stepped into their Clerkenwell showroom we were so well looked after by the designer assigned to us. They listened to what we had in mind, they guided us to what would be possible, they came up with solutions that not only made sense but also matched our style and taste. It was brilliant. Then throughout, we felt unpressured, well-looked after, with great communication and a feeling that we were in partnership with them. The passion, pride and friendly approach from everyone we dealt with - from the designer and online shop to project management team - shone through at every step. And the installation team were no different - perfection down to the last mm was a major factor when fitting the kitchen. We'd recommend a visit to Cotes Mill in Leicestershire too if you can as that helps you see lots of different kitchen settings, envisage what your kitchen could look like and let you see cabinets and lights etc for real.

DeVol Kitchens is an outstanding company. Their products are of high quality with beautiful craftsmanship. We have been pleased with every light we ordered. Their customer service department is outstanding--very nice and professional. We were missing some hardware on one of the pendant lights we ordered. I contacted customer service. Cara was able to resolve the issue promptly and kept me informed during the process. I would definitely order from them again. This is a company that can be trusted!! Fantastic products and excellent customer service!!

What a fantastic experience we have had with deVOL from start to finish. The kitchen is amazing and their reputation for quality is certainly deserved.

Helen Balshaw designed our kitchen and we can't thank her and the team enough.

If you are thinking about getting a kitchen from deVOL, go and see them, you won't regret it.

High quality - great team & and the brand is led by true craftsmanship . Alexa Jacobs & Jade Startin are shining stand outs in an already absolutely brilliant team - Katy & Richard have been so helpful too. It’s been a big project and we’re delighted we decided upon Devol. They deserve their excellent reputation

Excellent products and customer service. My vent cover piece was missing screws and they quickly expedited those screws to me and checked in with me to make sure everything was ok. I have always been impressed with Devol's design but also how the run their business online. Much appreciated!

This was our second install from deVOL and we continue to be impressed by the quality of product, workmanship and service recieved. We cannot recommend them enough.
