Ryan took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made buying my new sofa completely stress-free. I never felt under any pressure and really appreciated his patience, honesty, and knowledge. He's a real credit to DFS, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. All the staff were very friendly and…
All the staff were very friendly and helpful. After being approached we were left to browse with no pressure selling. Once we were sure of our choice our advisor Callum was very approachable and friendly and talked us through our order. The store itself is set out beautifully and very well presented. Overall a very pleasant experience. I would gladly recommend this store to friends and family.

Friendly, approachable team
We went into the Barrow-In-Furness DFS store with a Sofa in mind but wished to order in store rather than online. Callum helped us and was fantastic...friendly and approachable. We were in and out within 40 minutes with the new sofa ordered and all the information we needed.

Everything was explained in detail, information checked and then checked by a colleague. Staff were friendly, didn’t jump on us, waited for us to have a look round but were visible if we wanted to ask questions. They were informative, well behaved and such nice customer skills
