DFS Furniture - Barrow-in-Furness レビュー 

We had already decided on the suite we liked which suited our needs. Having had the same old suite for 40 years we knew what we wanted. The male assistant did not hassle me. Asked me if I needed help and showed me to the suite. When I was ready he came over and talked me through everything and answered all my questions.

We were greeted warmly but not pressured. The adviser knew about the furniture we were interested in and helped us to choose a sofa. They allowed me to bring the swatch book home for a quick check of what colour would go best with the furniture we already have. It was a really nice shopping experience.

Ryan's service was fantastic - super informative without overloading, easy to communicate with, and not pushy with offers or add-ons. Our sofa purchase was made simple and smooth thanks to him, would absolutely buy a sofa with Ryan's help again.

Karen was lovely from the off, explained everything in detail and allowed us to have a look around without any hassle . When we asked question she was every knowledge. We decided on a sofa we like so l she gave us the measurements so we could go home and measure the area before we made any decisions. We went back the following day as we asked Karen when she would be next in work as she was so helpful we wanted her to do our purchase. All ordered with no pressures for add on but with the information and explanation we decided to also purchase the cleaning kit and the insurance. Fab service

We had a great experience at DFS thanks to Karen. She was incredibly patient with us while we took our time trying to make up our minds, and she never made us feel rushed or pressured. Her friendly, helpful approach made the whole experience so much easier. We can’t thank you enough for all her help and would highly recommend both her and DFS!

Made at ease... good to order .... explained everything

Very pleased with the service we received, acknowledged on arrival by staff, but left to browse without high pressure selling, selected the suite that suited us and then we were served professionally and the staff informed us of everything we need to know, Karen very polite at all times.

The staff members I spoke with were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable. There was no pressure or pushiness and all of the different options were explained to me clearly and easily without any bias. Overall a great experience and would recommend to anyone :)
