So you are making a hard and expensive decision of what sofa to buy, when , colours fabrics etc. my experience was excellent. No pressure sales solid advice what advice was given and questions answered were very open honest and professional.

I Have purchased from DFS a few times
I Have purchased from DFS a few times. That is why I go back. Ryan was very polite and helpful. As are all the staff. Let us wonder around and try the sofas without the hard sell.
