Really friendly staff patient and helpful made the whole process of choosing and ordering a sofa so easy thank you to all the team at Basildon

From going in we were not harassed by sales personnel but the nice lady who greeted us said have a look round and if you require any assistance let me know.
Due to the various designs we were quite a while but eventually ordered all the furniture required.

There was someone to attend to us immediately and they were very helpful friendly and professional

Service was excellent not rushed in any way and not pressured into buying insurance hoping that the rest goes as smooth.what i liked most of all was the choice of payments that you can pay a deposit and then pay in full two days before delivery which is much better because you still have your money until delivery ps this is our fifth sofa we have purchased from dfs

Walked into store the staff said hello
They let me walk around without hassling me which was nice let hassle
When I found a sofa a member of staff came over he said he was a trainee who was helpful he was not sure about a question and got a senior member staff to take over the order
Overall, the staff were helpful and did offer other services ie Insurance etc I was not pushed into buying the products the Salem’s. Was just offering
Overall, my experience in the store was good

We felt welcome as soon as we walked in. We were asked if we would like refreshments and asked if we knew what we were looking for (we did) and was shown to where it was in the store. We didn't like this particular sofa. However, we found something a lot more to our liking, comfort wise. The shape wasn't what we were looking for, because our assistant knew the original shape we liked, she was able to adapt it to our desire. We wouldn't have known we could do that unless she suggested it.

Kelly P welcomed my Husband and I and was very friendly, and informative, Kelly was very knowledgable, and very polite, and helped us to fully understand the sofa

Absolutely brilliant, staff knew what would work in our house and really listened to what we needed out of our sofa.

Greeted by Kelly P when we walked in. Kelly gave us the layout of the store and checked in on us after walking around.
Once we had found the sofa we wanted Kelly approached us and offered a tea and a coffee and ample time for us to discuss amongst ourselves. When we had decided Kelly came back to us to complete the purchase.

Overall the experience was great and the customer service was exceptional and personal from Kelly who made the whole process of buying a sofa exciting.

Couldn’t thank Kelly enough.
