Sean was amazing. Very helpful and kind.

Lots of lovely suites to choose from. Ciara was very helpful and friendly, giving us loads of information about them.

Really helpful staff, excellent customer service

Ciara was fantastic at taking us through the paperwork for our suite, she explained the finance we could apply for in detail. She also explained how the insurance would cover the suite and also what products DFS recommended to use to clean up small spills or marks. As a result we took out the full insurance cover and included the cleaning kit with our sale. It was a pleasure deal with someone who takes pride in their job and makes the customer feel at ease throughout the whole process, she is a credit to DFS and a great example for all sales staff.

We called to purchase a new suite and were looked after by Shaun who was a very helpful and pleasant man and sorted our order very efficiently.

Can’t remember the man’s name for the life of me but he was amazing, couldn’t have asked for a nicer experience as it was my first time ever buying new furniture, he talked me and my grandparents through everything, cleaning of the sofa, getting it delivered the lot, definitely will be going back when I’m needing a new sofa.

We had gone out to window shop for a new settee. We decided to purchase from DFS due to a number of factors including options / pricing but more importantly how we were treated by Thomas. He spent quality time with us and listened to all our concerns and answered questions with expertise. Refreshingly Thomas was NOT a pushy salesperson. It was a pleasure to be served by him. His customer service skills were on point. Professional and friendly. Thank you Thomas.

Went in, wanted a good sofa and wanted it done quickly and efficiently, ordered it and left. The sales assistant was really helpful and kind and I ordered my sofa and found the entire experience easy, enjoyable and straightforward. I can't wait for it to arrive now.

Honestly it wasn’t a good experience when we first came to the shop. But today we ordered sofas and staff who explained to us was very good.
