The advisor that helped me today was excellent, in my view she went above and beyond with her customer service. Her knowledge and experience shone through when dealing with me.

DO NOT BUY DFS FURNITURE UNTIL YOU READ THIS
On the day of delivery the driver scratched my wooden floor and he said not to worry and took some pictures and said that someone will call to repair and so on. When no one called I called the customer service and they asked me to send the photos which I did and after couple of days they said that driver has no re-collection of damaging my floor. This was a blatant lie of the highest order as I was present throughout the delivery and fittings and one of their faulty slider caused the damage. THEY LIED BLATANTLY and after complaining to their chairman nothing happended and was passed on my complain to their useless customer services and they just protected their delivery drivers or the drivers just lied through their teeth to save their jobs.

Rash, was the employee at DFS Brent Cross and made the process very smooth. He was personable, knowledgeable and helped us find the perfect furniture for our new home. He went above and beyond’s beyond and carried on chatting to us even after we made the purchase. He is a salesman but not once did he pressure us to make any sale and was a true professional throughout.

Excellent customer service
We spoke to Ilona who was very helpful, bringing us samples and giving us advice about how the sofa would be moved into our house with a tight staircase. We knew from the website that the sofa we were interested in would not be available to see in the store, but she showed us other sofas using similar material and fillings to give us an idea of what to expect. She also gave us advice on how to care for the sofa.

Misled by the store in Brent Cross
Visited the store in Brent Cross and found the sofa I liked.
The display sofa was in grey. The sales assistant showed me the colour swatches and I chose thyme which was a gorgeous olive green.
The assistant assured me many many times that the image on the website, which was a dark racing green was NOT correct. I paid my money and happily waited for delivery.
My sofa was delivered yesterday. Great delivery men by the way.
My sofa is RACING GREEN!!! Not the olive green I had been promised! I had decorated my room in preparation for my olive green chairs.
As these chairs are made to order I feel as I have been misled. I would not have purchased this colour. Expensive mistake. The sofa in itself, is well made and comfortable just NOT what I was sold, promised and wanted.
